TopCashBack.com promises to pay rebates on purchases consumers make through certain brands on their site. However, they say it will take several months. They do NOT pay. I made a purchase according to the T&C for $350 rebate for AT&T back in July, and they have YET to pay. They've come up with every excuse in the book not to pay. It wasn't until I told them I reported their company to AT&T for fraud (bc AT&T had never heard of them), did they offer to take a 2nd look into my missing cash back claim.
Their website says not to contact the merchant (in this case AT&T) because it is a "bother" to the merchant. That alone shouldve been my sign... A little too late. Thankfully I've built great rapport with AT&T and they have been extremely helpful with this situation.
TopCashBack.com finally reponded Nov 3rd saying they still decline the claim because I am a business??? This information was NOT in the T&C in July, but now it is... I have a business line because I worked for YUM Foods at a Pizza Hut as a waitress and STILL receive the 23% off. SERIOUSLY?!!? This company is a fraud and sham! They are receiving money from the merchants and not paying out to the consumers. I have confronted them about this on every angle. I'm waiting on their reply in regards to the business line. However, I still feel this company is 100% a FRAUD AND SHAM!
