I had my pontoon boat on consignment at the Melbourne store. Frank saw my boat for sale in boat trader and contacted me about bringing it to Melbourne and selling it for me. He also told me that the marina would possibly buy it from me. The boat was delivered in September 2019. Being the boat did not sell earlier this year I had advertised it in Austin, Texas where I’m currently living. I had over 25 interested people contact me.

I had a carrier pick it up and deliver it to me on Friday, May 8. I was horrified when I saw the boat.

To start of course the honeymoon phase was great, prior to committing to anything they don't have you yet. Once you get started is usually if there is an issue post purchase, well I'm a sucker because once they filled the paperwork out incorrectly and the WRONG boat was rigged is where I should've said no more but sadly I continued on. I'm currently almost a month in, the gauges are analog not digital, so using the wrong gauges from the start, still not ordered currently.

The seat/live well pulled loose from the floor while underway, (very unsafe ride home) deck lights, horn, live well, anchor, throttles not adjusted, the list goes on. So to move forward, I after three weeks of Hanks screw ups, Gregs arrogance and empty promises, Ive requested my money back for a week and a half, after mentioning legal council the owner would rather take it to court rather than take care of a customer. So currently I have a $60,000 boat that I can't trust to take out on a pond in good weather.... currently trying to get money back but may have to really fight for it.

Bought a boat from this dealer a few months ago. We bought a 29 foot center console (More than 140K boat). They had the boat for a few weeks prior to us picking up to get it prepped and all instrumentation installed. When it was time for us to pick it up, some of the electronics still had not been installed. Had to wait around for a few hours for them to do their job that had been ordered weeks ago. Multiple things wrong with the boat once home .... GPS connected incorrectly, had to contact Garmin to get it connected right. Windlass anchor not set up correctly, didn't even give us the release wrench. Clamp holder loose from hoses to motor, incorrect keys to locks on doors, the list goes on. When spending this amount of money, I would expect a company to have more pride in their business and products. Would never consider buying from them again and will tell anyone we know in the market for a boat to stay clear. Please be warned, go elsewhere. Read all of the reviews posted, they have no ethic or integrity when it comes to business or customer service.

Had my 262 Four Winns repaired which included a new engine as well as other smaller repairs. 11,000 dollars later I still don't have a running boat. I was told it was because the boat has not been run. Except it won't start this is obsurd to me it has only been 6 months since they charged me all that money. They should at least send a mechanic to see if it is something new or the same old problems. Just want everyone to know don't take your boat to them if you want sevice after you have paid them!!!
