My wife and I purchased a vehicle from Top Notch in Pueblo Colorado that overheated, stalled then locked up moments after driving off this assholes lot. We are in our seventies and have never felt so disrespected by the Owner Luke Wodiuk. My wife and I both use a cane due to limitations, the jerk of a human Luke refused to acknowledge he sold us a faulty vehicle and then had the nerve to keep my cane as I was standing there asking him to give back our money. The jerk and his hoodlum workers literally shoved us out the door and pointed to the street. I told him we were not familiar with the bus routes and he tossed a pocket of change at us.
I was so upset my wife was crying and he laughed as I told him I was calling the police. He shouted back "I OWN THIS TOWN IM UNTOUCHABLE OLD MAN, CALL THE COPS THEY ARE ON MY PAYROLL" Angered we eventually made it home and I began to do some research on this piece of crapperson only to find there are many, many, many bad reviews on him and the nasty woman Mikal Ann who watched and laughed at my wife and I. I hope NO ONE ever experiences his nastiness and personally I think this little punk is a mentally Disturbed person who poses a danger to everyone he comes in contact with.To hell with top notch!!!
