I have never had such an aweful experience with a company until this one!
I order a bumper and paid in full $430 a month ago and its been hell since then... There must only be one guy runnung this scam because when he answers its only him you deal with. WHEN he answers, he rarely does and once he recognizes your number, he will block it or not answer at all from that area code! I had to change my calling number (via an app) and he answered immedicately.
He must not be too bright! He gave me every excuse imaginable as to why by bumper had not shipped including a fake greyhound tracking number. I tried to call back to tell him the tracking number was fake and he will not answer the rest of the day.
