When I worked for this company I saw them "pad" (fraud) large customer accounts (such as Milliken, Sage Automotive, etc), so that they did not go over their set budget amount. The general manager would not bid accounts correctly, and cause the company to lose money, and then would charge a different account money for supplies they sent another one. Employees get attitudes when they call in about a problem. They don't give out required PPE for safety when you begin a job unless the client INSIST on seeing it there. They didn't have the required MSD (or MSDS) safety sheets required by OSHA in ANY accounts until they have SOME of them in 2016. The District Managers are not given proper managing tools, training tools, safety equipment, etc. The employees are charged for hours they worked as "breaks". Some employees that worked overtime were not paid the actual hours (even at regular pay) that they worked because they had been told not to work overtime before and the GM "didn't like it".
I worked on a hourly wage with a commission as part of that wage. When it came time to pay my commission there was always an excuse. Whether it be from only paying me $100-300 instead of $1000-5000 or not at all...when I finally confronted the VP about my largest commission, he fired me.
This company pays the lowest they can to all employees. The VP, President, and GM are making a TON of money. They drive company cars, write off things on their taxes to screw the IRS out of taxes they should be paying, have a payroll administrator doing their dirty work, and lied to employees about what the health insurance plans were so they didn't have to pay them either (Obamacare requirements). Everyone there knows what is going on and they keep their mouth shut because of lies, manipulatioin, and threats.
These are some of the MOST fraudulant, lying, manipulative theives I have ever come across in my life. They lie about employees action, etc to the unemployment office, the IRS, workman's comp, clients, and their own insurance company to avoid paying anything they can. They are HORRIBLE to their employees and when they are called out on it, they will fire you in a heartbeat. They use everyone they come across with no regret. The GM (Mike Howard) and the VP (David Lamb) have been recorded saying horrible things to and about female employees, celebrities, and ranodom other persons.
