If you value your mental sanity and your wallet you will run like hell from this shop! I took my car into this shop, I live close by so I did it out of convenience when I should have looked at the reviews before I took it here. I'm pretty sure that most of the workers here are under the influence of something. I had to get the police involved and a tow truck to pull my car out of their shop....still disassembled. It has been hard to find a mechanic willing to put this car back together for me. It was a fly wheel repair and they had my car for 9 days.(they weren't busy) I had 3 different people including another shop tell me that I needed to get my car the hell out of there! They charge me $600. He was going to charge me more. He tore my car apart and he kept lying every single day to buy himself more time to not work on my car. He said he would have it ready for the tow truck the next morning when I had had enough and when I went in that next day, the car had not been touched and it didn't have wheels on it and the engine and axles were apart. I was frustrated enough being a car person myself that I was ready to pull my car out of their shop on its disk brakes! You hear about shops like this but you never think it's going to happen to you.
I have never had a more scary and unprofessional experience with an automotive shop in my life I'm pretty sure it's just a front for dealing drugs... Their credit card machine randomly wasn't working so they wanted cash which I thought was strange. $600 in cash. I needed my car fixed for my mom when she came down from Pennsylvania so she could travel to see other family members and they didn't care. They kept telling me every day that the next day it would be done and then each morning they would tell me they couldn't find a fly wheel for a 07 Hyundai... I looked, they're at o'reilly auto for $98.99 I became so scared that they were going to start parting off my car because I started talking to people and that is one of the rumors of many, I heard about this shop. My health started to go downhill because I do have an anxiety disorder that I'm working on keeping in check, but I started to lose patience and insanity with what they were putting me through. So I yanked my car out of there when it was halfway done. The owner, Matt McDermott, the one who was working on my car, didn't show up to work and didn't tell anyone 3 out of the 9 days they had my vehicle. I've been without my car for 2 and a 1/2 weeks now and just found a mechanic willing to help me!
