I would not even give them one star. This company is a scam. My husband also ordered a lawnmower. I mean, really, he should have know he would not receive a 360 mower for 249.00, BUT, well, what can we say. He ordered in good faith that so me sort of something would come, and, NOTHING came, not a nut, not a bolt, notta. I emailed till my emailer was blue. Only response was that they were back ordered, yada yada. Anywho, we will await the marvelous mower and see what happens. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. He placed his order on sept 23 2018, and, wrote them an email every few days, and, nothing.

9/23/2018 Payment was maid by credtit card
The order number is 37744449.
The order should have been shipped by 10/5/2018. Today is the 10/12/2018
I've tried to contact the Tool Mall twice and no responces.
