After agreeing to a price in writing on a new truck, the Tony Nissan management did a bait & switch on the price when I tried to finalize the purchase. After a lot of back & forth negotiation, we agreed to a compromise on the price. The salesman, floor manager and general manager were all involved. Once the general manager approved the final price OTD ("Out the Door"), I shook the floor manager's hand, and went to pick up my wife and a loan check. When I came back, the floor manager tried to make me sign completely *different* set of papers with a totally different price, thousands more. I said, "Wait a second, this is not what we agreed to." He said we never agreed to anything yet! I was stunned. When I went to the general manager, and showed him the original agreement, he just said, sorry, we can't sell it to you at that price. Waste of my freaking day--don't ever trust these hacks.
