If he start "working" on your project, it will cost you even more. Everything he does will need to be redone. His quality and materials are junk. He never finishes anything. His "work" will not pass any inspections. He lies about material cost- ask him for the receipt- good luck. He is writing estimates under AB Equine LLC which is not in good standing with a state. He will ask you to make a check to Tony Brewer, running to the bank to cash it, and he will be gone spending your money. He was bragging that this way he doesn't have to pay taxes and his income is not trackable. We lost $9,000 to him. Both decks, stairs and bridge are not finished (he said it will take him 2-3 weeks and its been since April-- 4 month), are falling apart, failed safety inspection), all need to be rebuild completely.
