I had a close friend referred Mr. Boyer / Mr. Royer as a roofer. I was informed that he does excellent work and has done work for his family. Mr. Boyer/Royer came out and quoted me $4,200.00 to repair my roof and power wash our home. This was July 2019, and it's now March 2020 and my roof still isn't completed. He's African American, brown skin, bald, in his 60's, around 6'0 - 6'2 and wear glasses.
When Mr. Boyer/Royer came out he would work for about an hour and go back and sit in his car for 30 minutes or so, this was done all the time. I asked him about his crew he supposedly had, he explain that I had bad wood and had to replace it first. Once the wood was put on, his next excuse about his crew they were on another project. Oh he's a fast talker, in September right around Labor Day, we had a real bad rain storm and this man (being nice, I want to call him something else) didn't cover the wood and our entire bathroom ceiling caved in. When we woke up the next morning we could see his ladder and the trees. I called him several times that morning cussing him out, he came out and replaced the wood and covered it with tarp. He power washed the house first that's the only thing he completed.

I've since left voicemail messages and text messages now someone is texting and calling me, saying she's his sister and that Mr. Boyer/Mr. Royer has cancer and going through chemotherapy. Then the same woman called and told me that she's his ex fiancé and that he's a liar, and a fraud.
