I have known Tony Babb for a few years.

He proposed a "PV-Partnership" deal with a

website he owned called:

http://proviralprofits.com

I paid $75 and then he shut the website down.

He also shut down his facebook profile:

https://www.facebook.com/thetonybabb

He asked that the $75 be sent from paypal

under "goods and services" so that the

transaction could not be disputed.

When I try to dispute the transaction in paypal,

I get error message:

"We're sorry, but this transaction cannot be disputed because it is not a purchase of goods or services.

Please contact the recipient directly."

There is no way to contact Tony Babb.

I emailed him, he does not reply to email.

Any suggestions?
