Living Social, who I have a great respect for and use a lot, offered a voucher for $40.00 in ink cartrtridges for $13.00. I ordered on April 28, one for my husbands Epson and one for my HP. My husband installed the one in my HP yesterday and immediately my computer stopped recognizing my printer. After being on the phone for over an hour today with Tech Support at HP, we learned the printer is ruined. Living Social refunded my $13.00, (thank you) but now I am out the cost of a new printer. Reading al these reports and complaints, I wish I had kmown ahead of time.
I bought a Living Social voucher and used it toward the purchase of a complete set of ink cartridges for my Brother MFC-475DW printer. The website said that they were compatible but when I installed one my printer would not accept it. Just like many others I have been ignored by Toner Selection. They obviously feel that they can choose to mislead prospective customers into buying misrepresented product and not feel any repercussions. My purchase with them was a total loss and I bought Brother cartridges. I can only hope that enough people who have lost money with this company post their stories to make a negative impact on their business.
