They did the same thing to me. They will not return my money. They acted like I should be greatly not to be charged again. The pills do not work and I have never spent more than $50 on diet pills. Especially pills that are placebos.
I too was scammed. I thought I was receiving a free sample to try a product, never tried it when it came in. I noticed additional charges to my bank account. I blocked my bank card after I couldn’t get in contact with customer service for tonemegaslim and premiumfithealth. They actually charged my account $88.75/$89.25 then again a second time for $95.20/$96.20. Chase Bank is not so great with security, I’m waiting to see if I will be reimbursed, if not, I’ll have to close the account.
I got charged by these people or company & premium health fit...I have no idea who they are.! I only realized it after checking my bank statements. I looked up the premium health fit company & it's nothing legit about it! Scam hackers whatever they are I got screwed!!
I didn't place an order with Tone Mega Slim and I was charged 6.95 (twice) and then 89.25 & 88.75 for something that I did NOT order please don't be fooled by these people. I contacted customer service and spoke with Princess who states they can't do anything about it because I didn't call within 15 days of the order (which I didn't order) I disputed the charge with my bank and I am waiting to see what happens next.
I was charged $89.95 by tonemegaslim.com and $89.95 by premiumfithealth.com not realizing that it was going to happen. I discovered this when I was balancing my checkbook. I'm going to get reimbursed. I looked for the "fine print" but never found it, so I'm not sure where it's stated about an extra fee or if there is a statement. I just wanted to see if the pills would help and then possibly proceed with more.
Don't get taken by these scammers. I purchased a "FREE Sample" of Viralis Rx, distributed by Vital Surge, Inc., for the $4.95 shipping charge. Surprise, surprise, surprise! I was slow in checking my receipts against my next two statements and when I did I found they had charged my card an extra $89.95 and a $94.90 for another bottle.
I am very careful and usually go so far as to use a "virtual account number" with a limit when making online purchases. but didn't on this one because they were so slick. The bank card company (Chase) refused to reverse the charges until I returned the Viralis.
I couldn't return it because I had taken it and it was absolutely useless. What a Ripoff!.

It's a scam. I tried a free sample with a $6.95 charge Jan 4th. Today,1-19-20, my card was charged $89.25 for nothing. I did not agree to add
another product.
Thanks Capital One for alerting me.
