I bought my car from tommy auto sales on 09/25/2015 on 10/18/2015 my transmission went out I called them to pick up the car they came that Tuesday and picked the car up.I called that Friday to see when will the car be ready and I was told they will call you when its ready. Well I never got a call I call on 10/26/2015 and I was told that they haven't even started on the car and that I need a pay repair fees first before they would even fix the car.I just find out that these people sell bad cars and this how they make there money .I'm taking these people to court because I don't have 1200.00 dollars to be wasting on a car I barley had a month the lady there is very rude her name is Rosa and she was the one who had told me that they would call me when the car was ready.

Today is 08/19/2015 on 08/06/2015 I put a down payment on a ford expedition for 600 dollars. The total cost of the SUV is approximately 6,000 . the first time I test drove it there where several problems that I had to tell the dealership. (Problems with the a/c the brakes the wheels and the SUV shook also almost every function inside expedition does not work which I didn't really make a big deal about seeing as that I needed transportation asap) . after I made the dealership aware of all these problems they drove into the mechanics garage located on their property. They worked on it and assured me that my vehicle was now fine to drive . while they where working on it i spoke to brian for the time being making him aware that my girlfriend has a child on the way and that this car needed to be reliable as it is summer in texas and my girlfriend carrying my child did not need to be stuck out in it he assured that they would fix and there wouldnt be any problens ...so I went on with process I drove my SUV for no more than two hours and parked it at home. The next morning I went to start and it did not start up . I called Tommys and they had it towed to their shop where they claimed they worked on it . when I went to go pick it up it started but drove the same as it did before it broke down. I drove it maybe five minutes down the street to pick up my mother then realized the check engine soon light was on . after I dropped my mother off I brought it back to Tommys and showed it to one of the car dealers (Brian) he assured me that the light was only on because they just worked on it so I drove it home and didn't drive for a couple as I had no need to ... When I went to start it up it did not start so I called Tommys and Brian said that they close in 30 minutes so I'll have to wait till the following Monday for a tow . he also assured me that my SUV would be the first to be picked up that morning . I went outside around 11 a.m just to see that my SUV is still sitting there .. I call up there again and the lady in front office answers and was very rude and unhelpful ... Eventually she told me they would get it towed to their shop and repair it . I asked to speak to Brian and her response was "he's out in lot but I can take your name and number and have him call you back when he gets in" I agree and then give her the information . 3:00 p.m comes and my SUV is still sitting there and I have yet to get a returned call ... So I call up there again to find out what the situation is and ask to speak to Brian to which I got the same exact seemingly scripted response from the lady in the front "he's out in the lot right now but I can take your name and number and have him give you a call when he gets in " to which I replied that that's is not what I wanted for the simple fact that the last time she said that I got no call back . I then asked her to get Brian and put him on the phone and that It would be fine if I was put on hold until she got him . she said okay and put me on hold I waited on hold for a while and then heard the noise of her picking up the phone and then hanging up on me ... I then called back and requested Brian once again ... Of course she responded with the same thing she says every time I call . she then added my SUV was now on the schedule to be picked up . around 5 p.m my SUV was finally picked up . around 5:50 p.m I call to check the status of my SUV and they told me that once it got to the Lot it started right up and that it needed no repair . they also added that I now needed to pay a 75 dollar towing fee also very rudley stated that I should've just drove it up their myself and continuously laughed at me . (they have their own towing truck and my SUV was located literally 10 minutes away from their shop) I then say that I will be there tomorrow to pick it up. The next morning I call up there and demand answers as to why I should pay the towing fee . I shouldnt have had to pay it for the following reasons . 1. I brought it up there the day I had concerns about the service engine soon light and they told me it was fine . 2. I missed work several times due to the fact that I did not have my transportation eventually causing me to be terminated from my job. (How was I supposed to come up with the money ?) 3.I have brought it up there before for the same peoblem. 4. They gave me such a hard time getting it towed up there after they assured me that my car would be towed first thing in the morning. 5. THEY DID NOT WORK ON IT BECAUSE IT WAS SUPPOSEDLY "FINE" So come Tuesday 08/18/2015 I get a ride up to the dealership and then ask again why I have to pay Brian then shows no remorse or sympathy towards me, HIS CUSTOMER, I then realized that this predicament was going no where and that they where very content and getting money from me ... Being as that I needed my vehicle so I could start going to work again I gave them the 75 dollars that I borrowed from a friend and drove it to the store up the street and then home ... 20-30 minute drive time . parked on a flat surfurce as they advised me and went inside my home later that night around 10 p.m I get in my SUV to get my girlfriend medicine once again my SUV wouldnt start . since Tommys was closed I waited till the morning to call . Wednesday morning come and I call Tommys the lady in the front then answers I ask for brian and she puts me on hold and the phone hangs up... I call again , ask for Brian again, get put on hold again , this time I FINALLY GET AHOLD OF BRIAN I then proceed to tell Brian my problems with the suv and I told him that I would let him hear what the suv is doing over the phone and he agreed on my way to the SUV he hangs up ... I then call back and the lady in the front answers and then tells me that Brian isn't around and that he may be in the lot I ask her to get him from the lot and she then rudely says she isn't able to do that and that she could again take my name and number and have him call me. I then call johnny the mechanic who works out on the lot and he then ask for Brian his response was "Brian went to go get breakfast".... I then call back thirty minutes later the lady in the front picks up and says "Brian is in a meeting" so I decide to find a ride up there so I can talk and find Brian myself .. When I arrive five monutes after the call not only only is Brian not in a meeting but he is also inside the office and not in the lot as the lady says he's always at .. I then proceed to tell Brian my problems with my SUV and his stern response is "its not our problem any more there's nothing I can do for you" I then get online and see the reviews of this place all saying that they had the SAME problem with this dealership as I did . I HAVE EVERY PHONE CALL RECORDED. I HAVE A VIDEO AND PICTURES OF EVERYTIME MY SUV HAS HAD PEOBLEMS. I HAVE NOT BROKEN ANY OF THE AGREEMENTS ON THE CONTRACT . IN THE CONTRACT I SIGNED I PURCHASED A VEHICLE FOR TRANSPORTATION BUT WHAT THEY SOLD ME WAS A JUNK HEAP ANYBODY WHO IS READING PLEASE TAKE THIS AS A WARNING DO NOT GET YOURSELF STUCK IN A CONTRACT OF A NON WORKING VEHICLE AND WITH RUDE UNHELPFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL DEALERSHIP. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. !!!!!
