In November 2018 I entered into contract with Tomas Trujillo and paid him $10,000. In December 2018 he wanted another $9,000. for two more salsa products plus he would get me a LLC and Trademark.

1) 2 months marketing & developing new items includes retail food service presentations to Sysco, Albertson's/ Safeways.
2) Develop salsa formula from current Senor Campos Recipe's. Outside Lab.
3) Fees for the Universal Councel Code Gs1 GTIN numbers.
5) COI Insurance of Salsa for Customers distribution.
6) 1st Batch run costs: You will be required to be present. to approve 1st sample run. We allow 2 batch runs to assure the same flavor as the recipe's.
In February I sent him a letter asking him why he had not provided me anything. He said he got behind and would get everything ready for me as he had someone whoi wanted to order 500 cases and that everyone like the salsa I had sent them as a sample.
In March I sent him annother notice because he told me he had samples and labels ready for me and that i would get them within 7-10 days. Hed also said he wanted to present my product line at a Latin fest in San Diego in April. He had another event in August.
I sent him another breach of contract letter in March because he still hadn't sent me anything but we would get together to discus.
We did meet in April and he said he didn't have anything ready but would by the end of the month.
In May I still hadn't received anything but he told me he had some exciting news and he had 500 cases ready in Mexico to ship. he needed my help. I believe he wanted more money so I waited for his answer.
In June I sent another letter breach of contract and he said he had planned to present the entire line ready in August and that he had a lot of interest from buyers all over the country. HE KEEP BAITING ME ALL ALONG WITHOUT PROVIDING ME ANYTHING OR PROOF. He again stated he had the labels and sample reayd to ship right away.
In July and August nothing arrived. In September I sent him another letter ceast and decist. I sent he letters, emails, text messages and he would never tell me why he hadn't completed anything or would give me a timeline. He keep telling me everything was fine and to be patient.
In September he scheduled a meeting with me in Yuma and told me he had everything ready and wanted to meet in person. But, his daughter sent me a text message that day and said he could make it.
He reschedule the meeting two weeks later in Yuma and never showed up.
HE IS A CON AND COMPULSIVE LIAR AND HAS BAITED ME ALL ALONG FOR THE PAST YEAR. HE HAS MADE PROMISES AND DOE NOT FULFILL THEM. I THINK HE WANTS ME TO PAY HIM MORE MONEY AS HE ASKED ME TWO WEEKS AGO FOR A THOUSAND DOLLARS TO BIUY SOME DIPLAYS FOR GROCERY STORES AS HE HAD A BUYER WHO HAD 150 STORES TO PLACE MY SALSA PRODUCT.
I have sent him letters and emails but he won't acknowlede that he received anything. He has trained his staff not to return my emails and Mr. Trujillo will not acknowledge any of my answers or request. Lately, he told me he lost his cell phone and is making excuses to answer my questions as to where are is my product.
