Ordered tee shirts, womens size 2x and 3x, shirts that came had labels with those sizes, however, they shirts were so small that they would only fit a small child.
There was no way to return the items for a refund. Phone calls to the number given on website gets an answering machine that says leave name and number for return call....don't waste your time, they do not return calls.
learned this is a Chinese company and therefore BBB does not accept complaints regarding it.
I ordered a pair of Sandals from this company Tom Pan. Sandals are way too small, no return address. So I cannot return them. Very. Cheap. Send from China. Don't buy

There wasnt an order slip or anything about how to return item. Never recieved a record of sale in my email. Now i cannot return item because this is a fake address!
I ordered a wig from FranzB with the understanding it was made in the US. The wig I received is not the color or style that was ordered on the internet. It appears that after my order was sent and paid for, the company deleted all information from my list.
I did print out the order form and have the confirmation number. That order # is: Bfra18905. The total amount charged to my account was $41.97. I want to return the product and have my money returned because it is not what I ordered. The phone number is not correct in order to call them. Can you help me?

This company keeps sending me clothing I have not ordered. Then there is no information for returning the item. This is a total rip off! They are charging my paypal account without my permission.
I am reporting this to Paypal. This is robbery and fraud. This is another way the Chinese are taking advantage of America!
No product was recieved for over 2 months, only after I reported it to my credit card company did I recieve a order, which is the wrong product and and entirely too small.
I received the leggings which did not fit me. The seem that was supposed to be in the middle of crotch was sideways, plus the leggings did not fit me so I wanted to exchange for another size.
They just acknowledge but never gave me the option to exchange it. I wanted a refund.
Fraudulent advertising of clothing. Not 100% cotton, clothing has polyester in it, sizes marked wrong, way to small for US sizing. Also took 2 months to receive. Although company claims to be in California, the merchandise is coming out of China.
There is no phone number. Top recieved measures 18" across. Underneath top slip measures 14" across.
I wear a 3X equals at least 30 inches across. Even with the stretching material, I couldn't get the top over my head. Furthermore. I never got the 5% off for first order. I want a refund but not sure how to go about it.
I feel this company stole and has inaccurate and false advertisement.
