Tom Bergeron and his wife Carmen Bergeron are untrustworthy people. Tom at ABC Construction took a down payment a kitchen remodel. When we decided to wait to do it, he did not return the money owed to us in the downpayment. We had signed no contract. He paid back $300 with the assurance the rest would come in over time. He then never returned emails or phone messages left. I am amazed he still is able to fool customers. Do not use his services for anything. He is very corrupt.
