A Tom's Sod Service truck was passing my vehicle on 11/17 when I saw a rock come off the bed of the truck and hit the passenger side of my vehicle. I was concentrating on traffic, but when I looked back over I saw a crack spreading across the windshield. After several miles we both arrived at a stoplight and I informed the driver his truck broke my windshield. The bed of the truck had rocks all over it and I took pictures of the rocks. We shared information, since police were at least 45 minutes away (could have been hours), and the driver TK assured me this has happened before and said his company would take care of the windshield. I called the company immediately and was assured the window would be taken care of and I asked them to get back with me on how to get the windshield fixed, but no return call. I called again on 11/21 and reached store manager Tim and he said my insurance would fix and I stated I did not have comprehensive so he would need to arrange to have the windshield fixed and to call me back, but no return call. Called 11/27 and 12/4 and left info with receptionist and no call backs. Called 12/18 and talked to Tim finally and he said Don Seeley the owner told me to "do what I have to do" because they were not fixing my windshield and then the Store Manager Tim hung up on me. I called back stating I must have been disconnected and was put on perpetual hold 2 more times forn over 15 minutes each time. I called a 3rd time and was told Tim wouldn't speaking with me.
