Great storefront. Personable greetings. Appear to be very nice people upfront - WATCH OUT!
I could have purchased the transmission for over a $1000.00 less than they charged me for.
They snapped every single plastic part they had to remove to get the old tranny out and the new one in including the radiator mount and grill assembly- horrible mechanics.
They broke the shifting cable upon reasemebly and tried to charge me an extra $325.00 for that.
They put the older coolant lines back on the new transmission cooler and new transmission, one of them blew while I was on a trip and the transmission ran without oil for an extended period of time and ruined it.
They assured me (in writing typed on invoice) that a 3 year/ 36,000 mile NAPA "peace of mind" warranty would cover any repairs anywhere I drove at a certified NAPA repair shop. I've only driven the van 6000 miles and it's a year later and I have to have to pay for the same thing and go through it all again.
I find out after the damage that the warrany does not cover the work they did. Total liars.
I paid them $4100.00 for a repair that costs $3100.00 at any other shop and TOM WATSON, the owner refuses to stand behind the work he was paid to do.
Don't go here, I'm just warning as many as I can. These are bad people period.
