He will receive the item and under 3 days later you will get a dispute letter saying he is trying to steal the product from him. Even if you provide all documentation proving he got the item, he doesnt stop there. Its obvious he has scammed numerous others before by abusing the credit card disputes rules, will file another dispute claiming the same thing and continuing his lies and tells bank of american, "yeah i live here, and yeah the tracking information shows the item was delivered to my house and i signed for it - i still didnt get it". This thief needs to be taken to court and sent to jail. He is going to be sued for 2 counts of bank fraud and 2 counts of petty larceny.
