Feb. 28th, 2018, closing on my new home credit at a 620 fha loan. Now still making payments in 2022. Unable to refinance 6 points shy of a 580. All because my lender states that my october 2021 money order had the wrong account number causing the lender to wait 2-3 months before cashing. No records show any money order with the wrong account number.

Some had no account number but were all still cashed by money sources. A few months went by and one time i tried to pay electronically pay online. Unable too because the lender tried to take 2 full monthly payment amounts. Unaware of the cause for double payment causing transaction to be declined. I did not have two months of the mortgage in my account. Lender excuse for being one payment behind. Even though the online transaction was declined i still sent a money order november 2021.

Lastly, on feb. 4th a text message stated my homeowner insurance was paid. On february 3rd insurance for $818 was paid. Paid from a portion of my monthly payment goes to paying homeowners insurance. Now a letter mailed dated february 15th from the insurance was not paid and warning of cancelation. Do i sit and wait for the lender to subpoena me to court and foreclosure?

My credit is now at a 529 because of the lender. I can not refinance from fha to va. Other times this happened i did not have all my payment records to verify and had to make a double payment. I have credit union money orders, that date back before the failure to pay accusations. As well as copies of every money order that has been cashed. Lender accusations are not correct. Thus, preventing me from refinancing and killing my credit. Not to mention my recent major open-heart surgery. The stress, pain, and suffering.

Can the lender deny paying my insurance? I do not understand how a major financial institution could have failed to have accurate records. How many people have they done this to? I have mailed copies to the address given by a money source customer service rep. However, my phone is being blown up by a automated recording system.

As of yesterday march 19th, 2022 while really examining the money order print outs of every money order and where they were cashed. Guess what i noticed... Money source cashed october 2021. Of course they did. However, in fine print the copy of who cashed it and where shows a different loan account number. All the others have my mortgage account #.
