On January 17,2016 I purchased a laptop replacement wire from Tmart for the price of. $9.68 and my order was processed .I received emails for each process of my order. All information was giving on both sides of this transaction until day of delivery .Item was travked until upon deliver to my home my apt was not included so now the item has to be sent back to Tmart . I sent a email and receive a response to some other person in Spain . Including in the unprofessional email take care sweetie who in business says that and it didnt even look like a professional email. In response cannot get intouch ro cancel or request a refund.
I purchased a Phantom 3 drone for Christmas in the states and needed to accessorize my new hobby. I found Tmart to be very intriguing and the inventory, prices, free shipping and no sales tax were very tempting. I ordered spare parts, cables, propeller guards, and hard back pack carrying case. I didn't expect fast shipping since it was coming from China, so I had my patient face on. The case was "lost" in the mail. Tmart customer service acted like they actually cared, but wanted proof of the loss or theft. USPS and FEDEX showed the tracking, but nothing was received by me. The prop guards and lens cover were the second shippment. The guards came in a box with no contents list. I'd assumed that they would come together since they were under one shipping order, but just the guards were in the package. Tmart said they needed proof of the loss. How do I prove that it wasn't sent to me? The proof is that I didn't get the $1.90 item in the package. They didn't even send me a packing slip. Third order was a ipad cable to connect to the controller. Three weeks after the order and it still doesn't show as shipped. They tell me that I need to send them proof that I didn't receive it. WHAT!! Are you kidding me!! It never even shows as being shipped and they want proof that I didn't get it? They are idiots, and the only customer care you get from them is for them to tell you to send them proof that you didn't get the item, or that it was lost. They ask what is impossible, then refuse to take your word. One lost item was over $60., but the others were a few dollars. 1 out of 4 items were received, and they would send them again, or check into their own shipping inadequacies. Don't make the mistake that I did and buy from Tmart. They are a ripoff and know they can get away with it because they are in China. They suck, and don't care that they do.
Products ordered don't last more than a few weeks and then stop working. Or products are advertised and don't come close to anything being sold locally in the market with the same advertsied specs. Something is seriously wrong here. It's almost like they're deliberately dumping defective or poorly designed products onto the consumer with no regard, responsibility, and no accountability. Contacted customer service offline and online many times for RMA service and constantly being ignored and not provided with rma instructions. Emailed several times and they reply back with a product manual for something I didn't order. They have a 90 day refund policy and I can't even get them to honor it or reply to their email. They registered their company via GoDaddy in The USA as having a physical presence there but they are in China. Various internet searches show they are doing the same sell and cheat to many others all over North America. Godaddy should be shutting down their domain and webhosting to stop them from cheating more and more people every day.
I ordered a violin for my daughter from tmart aka t&k when i recieved it the violin was missing pieces it said on the web page that it came with and also the violin was broken. I tried to contact tmart via there web page to see if thery could send me a new one that was not damaged or refund me my money and i got no answer and there isnt a real number so that you can talk to a real person to get help this website should be taken down this is horribale business
