Title Max at the Murfreesboro Old Fort parkway location has really become a pathetic operation. Of course there is a job to do, of course you expect people to pay their bills on time. What is absolutely uncalled for is a manager to point a finger at a customer and threaten them! Especially a customer that has responsibly conducted business with you for a couple of years. Not only does it show that this Titlemax manager has "power" issues, but also lacks the tact required of a leader of a customer based organization. I understand Miss Manager that you are probably underpaid and undereducated in management skills. Hopefully Title Max corporate will realize this soon. Otherwise, people have plenty of other places to go to conduct their business without the unnecessary, humiliation that you choose to do in front of other people in the store.
Luckily this customer chose to choose the classy exit by not lowering herself to your level. However, this customer will tell anyone that she can that there are other places to conduct business than this pathetic excuse for a supposed "customer focused" organization.
