The service was put in on 10/13/20, The camera and the doorbell wasn't working. The technician said he would be back the next day to fix it, but he never showed. I kept calling and finally got a hold of customer service on 10/16/20. They finally sent the same technician back and he fixed the camera, but he disabled our inside bell and now the doorbell only rings on the outside.

I didn't realize this until someone came to my door and made me aware that the inside bell didn't work, so I called them again. I waited half an hour for someone to answer and they didn't help me at all. This was on 10/28/20. I also found out that I'm still paying on my other service that they were supposed to cancel and that was taken out of my checking account on 10/22/20. So now I'm paying for 2 services..

I first interacted with Titanium reps on Thursday 7-18-19, based on a neighbor's recommendation. Signed the contract and a tech came to install the system that night. The tech did not have enough magnets to finish and said he would be back the afternoon of Monday 7-22-19. He did not show up. According to my records, I was missing 13 door/window magnet sensors, and my system had been left in standby because of these missing sensors.

I went through the Titanium phone customer service on Tuesday 7-23-19, arranging an appointment for a tech to finish installing magnets between 8-Noon on Wednesday 7-24-19. Nobody showed up. I called around 11:30 asking for an ETA and was told nobody was scheduled. They minced words saying that the agent I spoke with had noted "a tech might show up."

I replied that I don't change my schedule for "might." Was on the phone for about 1 hour, again. I stated that they had failed to show up for 2 appointments now, I was done, cancel the account. Then I go through the various people trying to save the sale. I finally ended up with an email address to which I was to send my info and reason for cancelling. I made sure Titanium could not charge me anything via my bank, then sent the cancellation email.

On Thursday 8-1-19 I spoke with Natalie and reaffirmed my desire to cancel. "Well sir there is a cancellation fee and you will go to collections." Said I don't care, and where can I send your equipment. "A tech will come pick it up." Yeah right. The camera installation was scheduled for Friday 8-2-19 from 1:00-5:00.

A tech called me at 10am to let me know he was 20 minutes away. I had a feeling that would happen, told him to not bother as I was cancelling. Spoke with Natalie again on 8-2-19 about refusing delivery of the cameras. Then Regional Manager Brandon called to save me from collections and gave me his personal number to get all this stuff taken care of, my credit score will be ruined, a lien will be put on my house, and Titanium will get their money anyway - or they can come out and finish the installation.

My cancellation fee was quoted as $700-$800. I asked where this was spelled out in the contract. Brandon said there was language in there. I asked again where it said that it would cost me $700-$800 to never talk to them again. Brandon requested 2 months to get all the equipment installed right and avoid sending me to collections and all that ugliness. He stressed that Titanium gets paid anyway and the no-show tech would be severely punished.

Quotes are paraphrased as I did not record these calls. Titanium feels like a solid scam, they are only there for the quick install that leads to recurring billing. They collected approx $34 from me for something related to the "free installation." They will not get another dime.

There were 2 business days between my first install and the first missed tech appointment. 4 total business days between my first install and the 2nd missed tech appointment, and me sending the cancellation email (Wed. 7-24-19). Their equipment is in good condition in a box awaiting either pickup or shipment. The contract specifies 3 business days to cancel. I cancelled at 4 days.

Most recently Titanium is calling regularly about my past-due balance. On 10/4/19 I spoke with Danielle at 626-471-1198 ext 405 about paying $2,800 or else getting sent to collections, or she could schedule a tech to come finish the install and make this all go away.

10/16/19 Audrey at 626-823-1018 left me a voicemail about the past due amount.

I want my contract cancelled. I was left without a working alarm system, Titanium is trying to blame me and charge me for wasting my time while their techs failed to show up at appointments to complete the install and leave me with a functioning alarm system. I will not do business with them.

I informed them in april that i was selling my home and i will be moving into a new one. Some called me back and said that

there will be no charge for moving thier merchandise to my new address. I did not have the date when i was moving that i would have to call

them back. when i did get the date i kept calling and they told a field agent was going to call me on the date when they would remove it from my old address

to move to my new address. will no one called. i kept calling and i got same answer but no one called. i did this every other day until i moved. i stopped paying them cause i moved and did not have their service. that s when the phone calls started to come everyday sometimes 3 to 4 calls a day. they asked if i took their equipment to my new address and i said no. that it is at my old house and it up for sale. then they asked if could give them the realtors name and

phone # which i did. I did that aleast 3 times. I have spoken to 20 different people from this company and each one had no idea what was going on.

when i lived in my old place we made the system go off to see if anything would happen, will nothing!! the only thing their sytem does takes pictures when

you turn their monitor on or off thats it, oh fprgot but it will let you know if your front or back doorWe is open. I told them i want to cancel my service and they

told that im respondable of 80 percent of the contract. Im been harresed by them everyday and keep going through explaining the situation to 20 different people. I did send a e-mail to them to cancel and they keep calling me to install their system. They even send me an email saying they where coming to install the system and they went my old house that i sold. im tired of their phone calls and trying to install the system and trying to get money from me

on the service i don't have and don"t want. This company is a rip off and a scam. when you sign a contract with them all you get is monitor that has a camera in it. there is no alarm system with them. We were also told by the rep not to tell anyone about there service.
