Avoid these criminals at all cost...My 21 yr old son brought his car in for 2 front tires ...I warned him to watch out for the up sell . Tell them you want 2 tires on the front and nothing else ..They told him it would be hour and a half wait ...So he waited shortly before the hour and a half was up they told him they did a courtesy check and car needed rear brakes LIE # 1 Car was inspected in June by my regular mechanic and brakes were fine, Car needed rear shocks and he'd be lucky to make it home the way they were LIE#2 Car has air suspension which they disabled to make it appear the shocks were bad....car needed front suspension parts and a front end alignment LIE#3 Like I stated earlier car was inspected by my trusted mechanic in June...Aggravated after two and a half hours he reluctantly agreed to a front end alignment because they basically held his car hostage till he agreed to something. I was fuming..want to go up there and give them hell, But my wife told me no, your so mad your liable to get arrested [glad I listened] So cooler heads prevailed I went there on Monday and spoke with Manager Lisa Same person that told him he'd be lucky to make it home of course she denied that and told me she suggested rear brakes be cleaned and adjusted ....DUH rear disc brakes cant be adjusted I asked Why would you do a front end alignment on a car that needed front end parts Her answer was that was they do that and when you come back for repair they realign front end at no charge That's just dumb ...I know all of you out there are not knowledgeable in auto repairs so please do yourself a favor and find a trustworthy mechanic I went for just tires and it turned into an ordeal BTW THEY REFUNDED THE COST OF THE FRONT END ALIGNMENT....and I'm still not happy HAPPY MOTORING

As a Business owner myself, I do not tend to write reviews badmouthing other establishments .I normally find ways to resolve my issue and not influence potential customers from patronizing that business, dealing with Kim from the Clifton Heights location today forced me to write this review. Kim does not have good customer service at all and does not care for the growth of the business at this location. As a matter of fact I am surprised how the owner promoted her to operations manager and oversees all three locations. I have frequented this business since this branch opened, I have spent well over 20k over the years, today I spent my last dollar here as I will not be retuning!

I dropped my car off in the morning to swap out my wheels from my summer custom wheels to my winter wheels, all I asked was she removes the sensors from the one set of wheels and put them on the other( I have had the same service performed by tire plus up the street for $40) I did not get an estimate as to how much this would cost during my drop off, I received a call from the shop 3 hours later notifying me my car was ready for pick up. I proceeded to the shop to pick up my car, when I got there I was presented with a $275 bill, my jaw dropped as I was not expecting a bill that high, I politely asked Kim why my bill so excessive, she immediately raised her voice telling me the bill was supposed to be higher than that but she had discounted XYZ,

been the person I am ,I did not want any confrontation with her as she had other customers in the showroom and I did not want them to hear me not been happy. I proceeded to pay, unfortunately the computer system was down so she was not able to tender me out, she offered to make a copy of my credit card and would run my card later and send me a copy of the receipt. Thinking about what had just happened I declined that offer and told her I will return later to pick up the car. As I left the establishment I was not too happy with what had transpired, so I decided to make some calls and find someone superior to her who I could place a complaint with,

I called both Montgomeryville and West Chester locations and I was notified the owner does not talk to people and Kim is the highest I can go. I guess at that moment in time ,word had got to Kim that I was making calls to find someone to call, this is when she called me and notified me the price was what it was and if I wanted my car back that's what I had to pay. During this conversation she was Loud speaking over me and Would not give me a chance to explain to her why I was not happy. Honestly it was not the money, my issue was why she took it upon herself to do extra things such as balance my wheels and charge me for that without my consent. I tried to tell her maybe she should have called to discuss the extra charges before doing the work,

while I was still talking she reminded me once again what my total was and if I wanted my car that's what I had to pay and she hung up on me. I immediately called her back and told her she can keep the car as I was not paying that. A few minutes later she called back and somehow had managed to knock a couple of dollar off the total. Long story short I ended up Paying $171 to get my car back but I feel I was robbed as all this was due to extra stuff that she did without my consent and I did not need all of that done. If you do business with Kim please de careful as she will rob you blind. This is not the first time she had did this to me but I can assure you this is the last! Thank you tires etc, another local repair shop will be gaining a loyal customer thanks to Kim!
