On 11-5-2015 I purchased Radio City Christmas Spectacular tickets online through TiqIQ. The seats were Orchestra Section 3 Row A. I screen shot and printed the screen showing what I was purchasing. After I paid they switched me to Section Third Mezzanine 3. Suddenly I went from the best seats in the house to the worst. They refused to cancel the order stating they would check on it. I waited hours and then emailed them the receipt showing what I purchased, and their switch after the purchase. Hours later they called and said it was either their fault or that of Crowd Seats. They were not sure. They then offered to refund my money. Funny they never offered me the tickets I had purchased. Wonder how many times they sold the same fake tickets they obviously did not have in their possession. I spent all morning on the phone at work trying to straighten this out.
