I received an unauthorized charge from my checking account from Tinder. I canceled the account over a year ago. They are very clever as they do not have a contact us phone number, email address or any way to contact them. The only recouse you have is through your credit card company or bank. I'm sure that's why you cannot contact them. Such a scam!
All right this time I didn't fall for the scam. I'm getting better. But I had a match on Tinder a weak into it I've got a phone number. Three days later she's giving me some tragic disaster story and I'm the only one that can help her by sending her a gift card.
I didn't send it but I do have her number or his number I don't really know she or he went by Lisa on Tinder I don't know if there's someone else that's met her and actually been robbed and if this will help or not but this is all I've got.
I start to sign un witht the free Tinder, after 10 minutes I decide to pay the full membership, just after I make the payement and they charge my card, they kik me out of the app and I can't login again.
I contact the help support, there answer is just NO sense !!! They say that I didn't respect the TOS, how the hell I can brake the TOS in less than 5 minutes??? I did ask them if it's my photos, they say no, so I did ask them what is happening, they reffuse to tell me why, Photos where fine, nothing nude at all, my profile, nothing, just that I have a child, a dog and my job.
Emma is the name of the person that did answer to my email, she didn't even take the time to read my email.
This company rip you off, they ask you money and then without any reason they don't allow you to use the service and refuse to refund you.
Tinder APP utilizes bots and fake profiles baiting people online to keep using their services. Don't believe me? Create an account and wait for someone to wink at you and then turn their profile off immediately. (I have a mailbox full of these btw). To say the least this kind of behavior is absolutely unethical. It is hard enough to find someone compatible as it is. In addition, even if you have turned off automatic billing they may unknowingly to you, turn it back on again. Do your research and you will also find that Tinder has bought out many other dating websites that behave in the same exact manner. Dont waste your money on this company or its affiliates

I can't cancel my subscription, and they're ignoring my request to cancel.
