When buying from developer MYPRCLUB.NET, Bill Hood is the account manager or whatever and argued with me almost a year later that they have nothing to do with third party companies, ie timely travel. However it was HIS agent that sold the time share to me in costa rica. Also HIS agent that represented and set up the resale with timely travel, signed the paperwork with him and was charged there. However Billl says we have signed paperwork saying we have nothing to do with 3rd party companies because the sales guys might have used a third party. OK....so they KNOWINGLY have sales people selling third party resale of timeshares yet have multiple pages in the many pages to be signed stating they are not affiliated. They obviously KNOW (in my opinion) this is all fraud or very very poor service.
Last discussionw Bill was last week and he was hiding behind, "we have documents that say we are not affiliated....if the salesman said something we don't know" Said I would be contacted by a jennifer in his office the next day....NOTHING.
Timely travel was supposed to rent my weeks and sell my old timeshare however they have done nothing, Jennifer can't hardly return emails, they still haven't responded why they haven't made my payment yet etc etc.
Someone needs to stop these people and hold them accountable!!!
I have a friend that bought at the same time. SAME thing happening to them. NO response, NO payment in the 300 days.
