Bought Hall and Oates concert tickets for September 24, 2017 at the Smart Financial Center in Sugarland, Texas.
When I printed out the tickets a different person's name was on my tickets and the price charged was $189.00 each.
The original price for each ticket is $79.75. The tickets cost $378.00. Then after added fees, I paid a total of $486.00.
That is an additional charge of $108.00.
I sent them an email expressing my concern that my tickets were in someone else's name. They responded by assuring me
my tickets were valid,; they were a resale ticket outlet and my barcode on my tickets would allow me to attend the concert.
I hope this information is correct. Not only did I get scalped, but my husband will be very disappointed in me if the tickets
are invalid.
Were they valid?
Just looking to find out if they were accepted on the night! Bought tickets through them and got charges slapped on but with someones name on it. Question is do they work or is it a con?
