I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Ticket2Me, concerning the company's inadequate refund system and the unresponsiveness of your customer service team. My dissatisfaction stems from my recent experience with Ticket2Me after purchasing a ticket for the Pinoy Otaku Festival, an anime convention that was scheduled to take place on May 21, 2023.
Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond my control, namely, the imposition of a COVID-19 lockdown in my residence, attending the Pinoy Otaku Festival became impossible. In light of this situation, I contacted Ticket2Me's customer service department on Facebook Messenger to request a refund for my purchased ticket.
To my dismay, my attempts to secure a refund have been met with complete silence from your customer service team. Despite multiple attempts to contact Ticket2Me through various channels, including emails, and social media platforms, there has been no response whatsoever. The lack of communication from your company reflects a severe disregard for customer concerns and a blatant breach of trust.
As a consumer, I find this unacceptable and deeply frustrating. It is the responsibility of Ticket2Me to ensure that customers are provided with a fair and efficient refund process, especially when circumstances beyond their control prevent attendance at an event. In this case, the COVID-19 lockdown imposed in my area directly hindered my ability to attend the Pinoy Otaku Festival, leaving me with a legitimate claim for a refund.
I hereby demand that Ticket2Me promptly process my refund in full. The total amount paid for the ticket was 200. I expect the refund to be issued within 1 week of receiving this complaint. Failure to comply with this request will leave me no choice but to explore alternative measures, such as legal action and reporting this matter to relevant consumer protection agencies.
Furthermore, I strongly urge Ticket2Me to address the issue of poor customer service and improve its refund process to ensure a more satisfactory experience for future customers. Failing to do so will only serve to tarnish the company's reputation and deter potential customers from engaging with Ticket2Me's services in the future.
I trust that Ticket2Me will take this matter seriously and rectify the situation promptly. Your prompt attention and resolution to this matter would be greatly appreciated. I expect to receive a written response to this complaint within 1 week outlining the actions taken to process my refund.
