I have been going to this vet because it is conveniently located to me, but I will not be going back. First, let me say that I almost exclusively go here to get vaccinations and a monthly shot for my dog. On one of these appointments, he happened to have just broken a tooth so I asked them to look at it. The vet called me (since I wasn't allowed in the room) to say that his teeth looked fine (his tooth was very visibly cracked in half and wiggling loose) and even when I confirmed the location of the broken tooth she said everything looked great. So going forward I have not trusted the judgment of the vets here.
For the last year, it has been hard to get an appointment here, and when I call to ask questions I am frequently hung up on. However, today was the worst service I have ever received there. I arrived for my appointment 30 minutes early and called to check-in. I was told that it would be at least 30 more minutes (which at this point put me at 10:40) and that I could wait in the lobby or my car. I told her I'd wait in my car. When I called at 10:50 to see how it was going they told me they didn't have time for me and I'd have to reschedule.
I told them I'd been waiting for nearly an hour and the next appointment they had was more than two weeks away. She told me that the woman I checked in with didn't see me at my appointment time so she canceled my appointment. When I asked why she wouldn't call me since I was told to wait outside for an undetermined amount of time, she had no answer or apology. There was no offer to try to rebook me and when I asked to speak with a supervisor I was told they were busy.
