I ordered my trailer almost 6 months ago and during that process Todd was very helpful but once e had my money he stopped answering my questions and concerns. I actually started to drive down on my way to pick up my trailer on the arranged pick up date and I finally got a hold of him after two hours of driving and had to turn around and head back home. I still have not heard from diamond pro in over a month and they still have my deposit after they promised it back many times. Do not shop here it is a
