John Queeley is the CEO of a Private Equity Firm called Lowry Investment Partners, LLC based out of Las Vegas, Nevada.
John was caught stealing money from a business bank account while racking up large sums of debt in the company (and partners) names. When confronted with this, he attempted to run and hide. His crimes include and are not limited to corporate fraud, missappropraition of funds, embezzlement, wire fraud, falsifying documents, and securities fraud. Upon further investigation, it was found that John was raising capital from investors to pay himself, and pay back other investors creating in an effect a Ponzi scheme. His company, and subsidiary companies (GMU, Inc. dba Glacier Mountain Labs in Colorado Springs, Colorado; Sports Science CBD in Las Vegas, Nevada) were in fact all a cover for his ponzi scheme.
He is a pathological liar, and has a history of scamming friends, relatives, and business associates out of hundreds of thousands of dollars.
We are reporting his actions to the FBI, as well as appropriate state authorities in the states of Colorado, Nevada, Oregon, California, and Arizona where he claims to conduct and have businesses.
