ANOTHER LIE.. I HAVE WRITTEN EMAIL AFTER EMAIL, MADE PHONE CALLS, SPOKE TO REP VIA INSTANT MESSAGE BUT THEY ADVISE ME THAT THE BOOKS MUST BE RETURNED TO PROCESS REFUND!!! ** I HAVE NOT GOTTEN ANY BOOKS FROM THEM THAT IS THE PROBLEM HOW CAN I SEND SOMEHTING BACK THAT I HAVE YET TO RECIEVE** THIS IS REDICULOUS.. I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH BBB AND THEY RESPONDED INFORMING ME THAT MY COMPLAINT WENT TO A SPECIFIC DEPT DUE TO THE LARGE NUMBER OF COMPLAINTS FOR THIS COMPANY... SO THERE ARE MANY OUT THERE GOING THROUGH THE SAME ISSUE WITH THIS SCAMMING COMPANY USING FAITH AND BIBLE TO MAKE MONEY OFF OF PEOPLE.. **DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY FROM OTHERS POSTS AND INFO IT IS NO DIFFERANT THAN ANY OTHER DIET OUT THERE THESE PEOPLE JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY AND REFUSE TO REFUND IT**
I ordered the Shepherd's Diet but I was never granted access to it as promised. I never received the introductory email as promised, therefore, I have no contact information.
When I attempted to reach them through their "Contact Us" link, I found that their email was inactive. The notice stated that I should contact the website owner. That' what I was attempting to do!!!!
False advertising. Advertised 4 bonus booklets never got. Plan is Adkins plan just name change to Shepherds diet. Kristina Wilds hides behind religion to sell her goods. This to me is a crime to suck in people hurting already from diet failures. Sell you the goods using religious verses. After they get your money no way of contacting anyone. Humans that do this like Kristina need to be locked up. This lady is a scammer.
Shepherd’s diet:They kept charging my card for some meal plans that i did not order and never received. I had to cancel my credit card for fraud and get a new one to stop the charges. The amount i spent for all their resources was a waste. Just google keto diet and you have all you want or need plus tons of ideas for recipes. I went with this plan because of the Christian talk thinking it was an honest person. They got me. All and I mean all of these things are scams and you never get anything that is worth the money you spend. I thought i had learned my lesson but now i know I have!
During the last week in June, I paid $57.00 for the paperback self published book titled "The Shepherd's Diet". It was shipped to me within 3 days. I gave K. Wilds the benefit of the doubt after watching a very lengthy presentation on her website.
However, upon reading about 30 pages of her 195 page book, I was convinced she may have convinced herself that her diet was beneficial, but it not only made little sense to me, but my family physician promptly vetoed it. I believe those who are having trouble eliminating fat from their diet in their quest to loae weight would gravitate toward such a tempting diet, taking a journey to a disastrous end!
I politely requested via e-mail a mailing address in order to return the book as well as a confirmation e-mail (upon receipt of the book) indicating my account has been reimbursed $57. I sent second e-mail yesterday, stronger in tone. Both e-mails have been ignored, thus their return & reimbursement policies are not worth the paper it's printed on.
I thought I was ordering diet books not ebooks. I've requested refund but the company still takes money from my account, without my permission ( monthly) and no product.
