absolutely don't do business with these ripoffs. I got sucked into their TRIAL. It was a 30 day trial and was suppose to be for the amount of the shipping only. Then they will continue to send product every month at the regular price unless you cancel the membership, After i ordered the TRIAL package, and filled out the payment page with my debit card, a receipt page popped up and said they took $89.90. That is the price of the product not the TRIAL price. That pissed me off so I called them to cancel the order. They explained that they had no way to cancel the order. It was only a few minutes from ordering and calling to cancel. I got pretty irate. I called the bank to stop payment. the bank said it was too late to stop payment since they already posted the charge to the account. most places wont charge the account until the item is shipped. not these guys. They charge your account as soon as you click on the last button. Their policy is flawed and they are headed for a class action law suit. I am going to turn them in to the BBB. Hoping that they have enough complaints to shut them down or at least refund the money that they have ripped off from people who get fooled into ordering their trial package and never getting their rebate. Their website is confusing and misleading which is the first clue I missed.
This company offered a free trial of cbd oil. Only had to pay $5.95 for shipping. Ea time I clicked next, my total was $5.95. When the transaction was completed, I saw they charged me for some pills I did not order. That charge was for $54.90. I tried to call them on the number they provided but the phone would go dead after being on hold for 10 minutes. I tried calling 3 times. I finally decided to call my bank to stop the payment. That's when I saw the second charge of $85.90. Interestingly enough, it doesn't look like they charged me the 5.95 for shipping. I have no idea what the 85.90 is for. The bank cannot cancel the transactions until they settle. I made another effort to contact this company. Calling is useless so I submitted an email through their 'Contact Us' page. Again, I tried several times and was unsuccessful. Each time I submitted my request, I received the error message "Failed to send your message. Please try again later or contact the administrator by another method". I tried calling the number provided without success. I am not sure what other method to use or who the administrator is for that matter.
Upon discovering the Thermo Burn diet pills, my mother requested that I sign her up for a free trial. A free trial is all that both of us wanted, because she is diabetic and is unable to take certain diet pills. When signing up for this supposed 'free trial', the Thermo Burn Club site filled the screen with offers "at unbelievable discount rates". Each time you clicked "No thanks, continue with my order", yet another offer would pop up to be declined. Many times this happened, and the last one I declined to proceed with ordering the trial, took me to a screen stating that my order was received and processed FOR $225!
I immediately tried to contact customer support, which conveniently was not available on the weekends. I contacted them through their email service to cancel the order, yet there was always 'something wrong' with the email and failed to deliver. I waited until Monday morning, and called the customer service number, which was a mission in itself due to extremely poor connection, and having to repeat myself many times to be heard and understood that I wanted to cancel the order. The individual on the phone informed me that the order had already been shipped, and instructed me to call them back when we received the shipment so that I could speak to someone in the Returns department.
When the shipment arrived, I contacted the Returns department, who instructed me to mail the product back to them unopened, with a tracking number from the USPS, and once they received the item, they would refund the $225. The postmaster offered to send the package back (due to it being unopened) as a refusal, however I had to have the tracking number. So I had to pay another $5.50 for shipping back to Nevada.
I contacted the Return department once it had arrived, and they informed me that it would be 5-7 business days to receive my refund. Within two days, I saw in my bank account a refund from them, but only for $189.30. I contacted customer service to get the $35.70 they owed me, yet they told me it was company policy that there was a $5 and change restocking fee per bottle on returned items. Nothing I said would get them to return that, so now I'm out $40.70 by these charlatans. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT do any kind of business with Thermo Burn Club, because they will leech money from your wallet in any way they possibly can.
They will take your credit card money and more. They will also continue to debit your credit card every 30 days whether you like or not. Unknowingly, when you ordered their product, you also agreed to the terms to join their club program. What agreement? When you click the little box, "I have read the terms and conditions". That is your electronic signature and agreement. They now have you for life, and will steal from your credit card every 30 days, forever. Oh sure, you can try to cancel, but even the BBB says that their Las Vegas address is discontinued, yet they still publish it today.
Wanted to try cbd oil. Offered free bottle and then option to purchase extra bottles at a reduced rate. Once i picked the amount i wished to purchase which was 3 bottles plus the free bottle 4 total they charged me for each bottle totalling 225.00 they took the money from my credit card right away. No phone number to call and complain. Website does not work. I called my credit card company and canceled my card and rejected the charges due to fraud. Hopefully the money will be returned to me.
