I was looking at her add of her face cream and it said you could try it for 4.95 shipping. So I thought why not. Well when I was ordering it.. it was like a blurr. It asked me about some eye cream and before I could decline it charged me and the transaction was done. But it was all under 10 dollars so I thought well I will try it. Then a couple of weeks later my husband noticed 2 charges of 80 something dollars that was charged by this company. I said no I only paid under 10 dollars for samples. So I called the # liseted on the website. Took me 2 days to speak to someone. I spoke to a very smart a** young man. He got ugly with me asking did I read the fine print. I said no I did not see anything about a 14 day trial and I was only buy samples. I said I want my money back now.
He then preceded to try and sell me more at a discount price. He made me so mad I cussed him out and he said he would hang up on me. I said I want to speak to a supervisor. He ignored me. I said I want everything canceled. He said you will not recieve another thing from us. Gave me 2 confirmation #'s. This is a scam. I am so angry and out of 120.00 that I never authorized. Something should be done about this. I am sure I am not the only one that has experienced this. Theresa Caputo probaly does not know this is going on with her product. Someone needs to tell her and they need to give people the money they stole from them back. I am going to let as many people know about this as I can to keep someone else from getting ripped off. This was supposed to be a free trial and only paying 4.95 for each item which I thought would only be 9.85. Then getting charges of 88.47 and 89.95 taken from my account with out me even knowing it. I can't even use the product because everytime I look at it I get so angry.
Name of product is called "purely Organic Release Cream". No further information given. Billed to my checking account. Have to stop orders. No consent given.
This is a SCAM. No respect for Theresa Caputo who endorses and sells this terrible cream. No information is given once it is shipped. They only bill you. Do not fall for this absurd "miracle cream." She supposedly left her Medium business to do this, and I have no other information, but was billed like the others.
