I paid $200 for a letter of a credentialed therapist for my pet as I was going on a trip and lost my other one from my doctor. After paying I noticed they lied about what I would receive as they immediately sent me an email stating I needed to pay more money for it to include housing and flight covering my pet.
i called the number within minutes of submitting and the rep with a foreign accent said no refunds I explained that I paid extra to have both services and he said it would all be in one letter and I asked why I'm being asked for more money? I said I wanted to cancel and he refused. This was 0838. 8 mins after submission?
the rep then said I would get 50% refund I waited and nothing. Then after emailing they asked for proof I responded and they are now refusing to do what was promised.
They are frauds and have stolen my money and I did not get the mailed letter in two days as the website claims it has been two weeks! And I found out it's a generic electronic memo from a "online therapist" it's all a scam to take advantage of disabled veterans and civilians.
This Company is awful. They pray on innocent vitums. They promised me an ESA letter. They charged my credit card, never sent me the letter and now are ignoring my call and emails. Do not trust them!!!!!
I ordered a letter and didn't receive anything or hear from them after then advertise a 48 hour turn around. When you call you get an answering machine and they don't return the calls. They did not respond to emails until I threatened to file a dispute. I did received a refund but then a $9.99 charge showed up. Again they did not respond so I disputed that charge. My bank called me and said it was a subscription to a newsletter. Beware of their scams. I did not order a subscription and I have submitted my information to my back. I hope the issue is resolved, but I would not use them. You can get a legitimate letter from your own physician.
This website illegally sells doctor's notes to make a pet an Emotional Service Animal without the doctor knowing or treating the patient. You will pay, but the note will not be acceptable
