I sold my house on October9 th . The buyers representative name was Joie Schubert . I had
previously met Miss Scubert the Christmas before through my cousin. So I was shocked that
someone who I peviously met was involved in my real estate sale . I found this out after buyer
made first offer Miss Schubert told my agent I was getting married . My agent seemed shocked
Miss Scubert was disclosing my personal information. This information made uncomfortable
because Miss Schubert has personal knowledge of my motivation for selling and what kind
of person I was from my cousin. In hindsight I feel she used this information in a predatory manner.
By first alleging home inspector found high Radon limits in my home. Then asking for $1500.00
reduction in price to cover radon abatement. I grudgingly agreed to it . Because house was already
under for at least week. I would have to put it back aon the market which i should have done. I talked to
manager of my housing assocation she knew of no other home owner reporting a high Radon level.
Miss Schubert keep changing paper work for purchase and thus holding up closing. Two days before I was
to close Miss Scubert asked for another price reduction of $1700.00 because her cleint did not have enough
money for Home Mortgage . This seeems very unethical because she should had the fiancing taken care
of before making offer on the house. Again I little choicebut to agree to this because if was now October.
My house had been off the market for six weeks. Then because of the shenanigans at this late stages
my closing was pushed back a week . Causing to have make even cash layout. Then the day of closing she had
nerve to ask another price reduction because of a stain in carpet. I said no way to this.
