Like others, I purchased a "healthy products" website from Electric Properties and TheGemCart. Casey Ballard was the name given. He did a good job selling/convincing and then dropped out with a disconnected phone and no contact. Cost was $7800 similar to "Derek Gendron" and there is also Kevin Vogt listed on thegemcart LLC in Cheyenne Wyoming. Derek Gendron is listed as the treasurer, Kevin Vogt is the primary and Casey Ballard is not listed. They had me mail my payment to a Credit Union in Michigan. I became suspect when I contacted the product distributor for the website and they told me that they did not have the company/individuals in their database and would not be able to support the website as "Casey" had stated. He reported himself a "christian, family man" and even sent a picture of him sitting in a church pew watching his supposed kids in the Christmas program. Nice touch right? No image of his face. Do not do business with any of these people or these companies. I am in touch with the attorney generals office in Wyoming and will refer them to this site. I have also contacted law enforcement.
I pray (really, not a fake like these ba*ds) that these individuals are brought to justice. I will be referring the attorney general to this site as it appears our "friend" Mr. Gendron or whatever his name is has a criminal past and given he is listed on the same company as "Casey Ballard", I too hope the FBI gets involved. This has been going on for it appears 10 years. Like all of the others, I was willing to do what necessary for success and was told with effort, I would be able to use this for additional income. We are approaching retirement and used our savings to buy it Those who say quit being a crybaby must be one of these scammers or part of their team as they start off just fine and then it slowly goes nowhere...not because I'm not doing my part...because they keep dragging out and making excuses why somethings not working. And then they ask for your bank account information and routing information (just text us a copy of a check they said) since they can't process credit cards anymore...that was the final red flag for me and I immediately contacted law enforcement and the Attorney General.
TheGemCart can also be seen with a complaint on the Better Business Bureau site for northern colorado and wyoming. Although "Fernanda" had posted this company was a scam in September of 2016, the BBB didn't investigate or even look into it or pass the information on since the individual didn't fill out their complaint form. I unfortunately didn't see this until it was too late as I had searched for the company in Michigan as Electric Propeties and it wasn't until later in our dealings that the GemCart came into play and it's registered as a trade name/LLC in Wyoming. Very tricky.
