Don’t shop here

I’ve ordered the midnight overbust as it was onsale January 10,2018. Immediately I got a “tracking order” ID that the entire time was NOT updated and said “awaiting fulfillment.” After the 25-30 day wait,I emailed them on February 21,2018 indicating my complaint about how long I’ve been waiting and without any tracking information updates. I asked when I will be receiving and if not,to refund my money back. A woman named “Eve” emails me back saying “she will check on that and that maybe from the shipment that was lost,and had to be re-manufactured” and to LET ME KNOW what she finds out. I messaged back 3 days later saying “I want my money back and to expect it back into my account as they have failed at almost everything.” Eve replies: “ That’s ok. I’m known for other things,too. Unfortunately,we cannot cancel after the initial 24 hour cancellation period,as your order is sent to manufacturing. I haven’t heard back yet but my guess is that it will ship either the end of this week or beginning of next week. I’m very sorry for the wait!” In total I’ve paid 110$ and I live in Canada. I don’t have the mental ability to even try to education this “person” as a business,I shouldn’t have to wait because I’m right and if you fuck up,give me my damn money back! SCAMMERS!!

Hi, I know your experience was a while ago, but can I persuade you to share your story with Shopify, the credit card processing company that handles Violet Vixen's payments? You can reach them at: https://help.shopify.com/en/questions#/contact/email . I was also ripped off by these scammers, and I'm trying to get Shopify to drop them as a client. Also, if you go to their Facebook page and click on the three dots under the cover photo, you should be able to report them as a scam, and hopefully get their page taken down. Together, we can keep them from running their swindle.

Ordered a skirt from Violet Vixen online. SHOULD HAVE DONE MY HOMEWORK-MY MISTAKE! Skirt has never arrived. I have sent multiple emails. After WEEKS of being ignored, they sent me a form email. I have not received item. I have not received a tracking number telling me item is on it's way. They will not respond to emails or onsite inquiries. Have not refunded my money. Just a straight total scam.

I purchesed 2 corsets from The Violet Vixon an on line store and paid $143.15 December 27, 2017 and I still have not recived my werchendise as of 3/16/2018. I had wrote them about this several times on their web sight page under their contact us. They wrote me back saying my order was shipped and was given a routing number only to find out it was shipped to another state. Then I wrote them complaining about my order being sent to someone else. Then they wrote saying that was a glitch in their system and was told my order was still comming. Then after a month went by I wrote again and I was told the shipment was lost, and my order had to be remade. That was over a month ago now and since then The VIOLET VIXON has stopped responding to my requests to find out what is going on! And where is my order already? I did read recently another report that they never recived their merchendise, through their report is how I found this sight to report the company.

My items are amazing! And I got answers! Will be back to shop again!

I had to order a few items because they were so dang cute and unique, and I needed to add to my wardrobe rotation. I was hesitant to order after reading many bad reviews. I pulled the trigger, and ordered back in late April, and I waited. And waited. And waited. I finally reached out, and did not hear anything back until several days later. Again, I reached out, to no avail.

Things were not looking good, and I really did not want the reviews to be right, because their stuff is just so awesome!!....I had hope that this would be a good experience. I'm a positive person, dang it!

I reached out again at the end of July as a last ditch before I got nasty (which as I get older (45!), I just don't want to do...too much wasted energy), and received an immediate response! I spoke with Julie who assured me that this was a legit operation, and that there were "some" issues under the old management (as seen from past reviews!) that she, paired with the new management, were trying to fix as quickly as possible. I also had a few interactions with Eve, who sent me tracking, and a profuse apology about the extreme amount of time it took. I received my beautiful items, and glad that I did! I will do business with them again, now knowing that kinks are getting ironed out, and they are aware and taking action.

Thanks Eve and Julie for saving this potentially bad experience and turning it around!

On September 19, 2017 I ordered online from this company. They said on there website 15 business days for my order to ship and I would receive it. Its been two months and I still haven't received anything. They keep saying another week Or week and a half I should receive my order. I've asked several times for a refund and they said it's already in manufacturing so no refunds.

Horrific

It's been a nightmare trying to communicate with them. After the below log of back and forth with them a rep named "eve" responded. She was snarky, rude and basically the worst interaction I've had with a csr. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

11/29 - I received the order confirmation

12/25 - i sent an email asking when the order will ship

1/2 - received a response that all corset orders take 20-25 business days excluding holidays and there was an extra delay due to volume. none of the items i ordered were a corset so i'm unsure why it had the same shipping time frame

1/12 - send another email asking about shipment

11/14 - response was that various holiday closures caused extra delay. Was then notified the harness was not in stock. Offered store credit and discount or a refund

1/14 - I responded that i would like a refund and same day response was that i should see refund in 3-7 days

1/25 - I asked about status of refund

2/21 - received email that harness was shipping

2/23 - forwarded shipment notification asking not to ship as i wanted a refund. event i wanted the harness for had already passed by over a month and i had no use for it

2/24 - received harness and it was broken. Emailed as a response to this email chain that it arrived broken and what can be done

2/26 - Was asked if i wanted a refund or exchange

2/27 - responded that i wanted a refund as this wasn't even supposed to ship

3/1 - was notified i needed to return for refund and that i return label will be sent

3/18 - asked about label as i never received one

3/19 - was emailed the label but as i was traveling for work i could not send back until first week of april

4/16 - ask about refund since tracking showed it received on 4/12

4/18 - asked again about refund through email and facebook messenger.

4/23 - asked again about refund

4/23 - notified i will not be getting a refund, just store credit

Thieves

Do not buy from this company. They will take your money, you will never get the merchandise you paid for, and they will not respond to your efforts to get either your money back or your purchase sent to you. Just don't.. Total scam. Total.

I ordered a holster purse ($61.95 usd) on June 12 and have consistently checked to see if the product was sent. I month after ordering, I emailed the company and they said they had a system update and were behind on shipping. They said it'd be sent soon. After another month had passed I emailed them again because the product was still marked not sent in their system.

They said they had a delayed delivery and my product was in that batch and would be sent soon. In early October, I emailed again to tell them that I just wanted my money back and I wasn't going to continue the hassle with getting the product anymore. They have yet to respond.

On July 29th, 2017 I placed an order for a total of two products from the following online retailer: http://thevioletvixen.com/

DO NOT mistakenly assume (like I unfortunately did) that they are a reputable or trustworthy retailer simply because they rank on the first page of Google results for terms like 'women's corsets' and similar search phrases.

I ordered a corset and a pair of shoes on 07/29/2017 for a total amount of $154.95.

Before placing my order, I made sure to check their shipping information page, which clearly stated that production of corsets would require between 12-16 business days, plus an additional 3-5 once they had been shipped.

Although these crooks have sinced edited the information on this page and changed the production time to 20-25 days, you can easily view the previous page via the Wayback Machine, using the following URL:
