Scammed as well

Hey there. My name is Rebecca Bodell - my husband was scammed this same way. We are putting together a lawsuit against him as well as a website exposing him for his fraudulent business practices. He did the same thing with us and everything and we are also out $2000. If you have a moment email me at [email protected] Let's get our money back and stop this guy from stealing from us.

On May 16, 2017 I ordered a Pro V prosthetic vagina. There were over 30 emails. I emailed a guy with the supposed name of Benson Miller.

He kept giving excuses every time. It is amazing that the different adult sites keep promoting this product.

I know I am out good money. I just want people to recognize this as a scam and not lose their money.

I wish I would have looked further into this company before I sent my money. Regardless of the company rebuttal, they are full of $hit. You will never get anything except screwed.

I ordered thier product a year ago, 11/2016 and have never rcieved it, it is now 11/2017. They have recently stoped replying to my emails. On their wedsite they claim to have expanded thier company and to even have the product in stock. I have followed everything they have added to thier website through out the year and they got a new reveiw of someone who ordered over half a year after me and recieved the product within a few weeks?! This review is clearly fake. You will only find positive revews on his website(ofcourse because he wrote them) you serach anywhare else and I have only found people claiming it to be a scam. I have found only 2 people who have actually recieved it but say its a piece of junk.

Ordered one unit in December 2016, with expected delivery of 6 to 7 weeks. Since then nothing but flimsy excuses missed promises, and general bull sh-t. These prople prey upon transgendered people and seem to have a record of ripping people off continually. Thier latest li is they have moved and are updating the product manufacturing process. I do not belevei this as it is another way of delaying. I have sent a certied letter on June 7, 2017 and they have not picked it up as of this date I am going to go down there in person this week.

SCAM

I ordered the PRO V IN December 2016 7 - 8 week delivery?? It is now more than 6 months, no delivery, lots of empty promises from "Benson Miller" which must be a new fake name for Cody Whitfield I sent a certified letter return receipt requested which was never responded to. USPS has no record of delivery to Choice Tools, the PRO V vendor at Ultimate Prosthetic.com Like everyone else I am out substantial money and will do anything I can to put this SOB out of business. I filed with the Complaints Board, the BBB and get nothing in return. BEWARE OF THIS PIECE OF SHIT!!!!

I was contacting theultimateprosthetic.com and want to buy a product from them on March 2016, then a person call Richie Newman reply me and answer my questions, then ask me to pay USD1441.95 to his bank account, bank name : Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. name on account : Choice Tools / Cody Whitfield ,Address : Long Beach, CA , Account # , Swift code (international) : WFBIUS6S (USD payment ) WFBIU6FFX, Bank address : 420 Montgomery, San Francisco, CA 94104. So I have no doubt and didn't check any reviews of this company and paid on the 7th April,2016. As the website said need to be shipped the product to the customer for 12 to 16 weeks, then I wait till August and try to email the company again, Richie Newman (at last I found out is fake name /scam name of Cody Whitfield) told me everything is going smooth ans I will get my product by the end of August. Of course I DIDN'T have my product at all and I tried to email him and NO reply at all, then few emails later, finally reply me that I will get my product at the end of September 2017, and again I DON'T get my product in till NOW March 2017 , already almost 1 year. And I search for him that FINALLY know SO MANY people was scammed by his the past 5 years. I want to let people know about this company and person and BEWARE not to scammed by him anymore. I already report to the BBB , federal commissioner and as well finding a lawyer to sue him. Please BEWARE of it.

Cody whitfield is a complete scammer. He has another alias named richie newman which he has used to steal money from vulnerable trans people. He will tell you that he is customer making your product, but i have every reason to believe that there is no such product and that it was never coming. I send him an e-check through paypal for nearly $2,000 on 8/1/2014. After many, many e-mails there has been no product and there is no refund. I've even spoken to him on the phone and he will always say "give me a couple of weeks, i am making improvements" it's all a bunch of bs. I even went as far as far as messaging him on facebook and also trying to get in contact with his family on facebook so they know that he's a scammer. His profile on facebook is: https://www.Facebook.com/codemanred/

I also filed with the department of justice in oregon, filed with my local police station and contacted the police in eugene, or as well.

Cody Whitfield is a scammer

My husband ordered this prosthetic through theultimateprosthetic.com and send Cody a Paypal check for nearly $2,000. Cody poses as a person named Richie Newman and I'm sure has many other aliases. He will send you emails telling you he's working on it and that he's coming out with a newer model. It's all bs. You will never get your product and you will never get your money. I contacted the Oregon Department of Justice (he lives in Eugene OR) and I've also contact his local police department as well as my local police department. Let's put an end to this scammer.

On April 1 2015 I got on this website (Theultimateprosthetic.com). And was interested in purchasing a prosthetic. At the time they were not taking orders so I emailed them to get some information. I had a Richie Newman email me back saying that they would be ready in a couple days for new orders. So couple days go by and I get a email saying they are ready to start taking orders again. I stated that I am interested and have some questions. I decide to go ahead and place my order. But when I go to pay for it I wanted to use my PayPal but he told me that don't do PayPal anymore that I would have to set up an account with Dwolla support. I have a case # 146406 from them don't know if that helps. But I tell him I don't want to set up an account I want to use PayPal.

He says that he will get back to me and see what they can do. So he does with this email account [email protected] saying send it to that email. And I do I get receipt stating that it was paid for. On the website it says it will take 12 to 16 weeks for delivery. So I give it the 4 months that it says it will take. In August I still did not receive it yet. So I email Richie Newman back and got no respond. I send a few more emails nothing. I emailed the person I sent the money to nothing. Then I email Jrwhitfield hoping for some kind of response nothing. In one of my emails I sent I stated that I am getting sick of communicating through emails could someone please call me nothing. By this time I'm mad so I contact PayPal. And they put a stop on the money.

Well to my surprise I get a call from the ceo of the company and his name is Cody Whitfield. He try's telling me that they are making improvements and making the product to be the best out there. Ok I say fine but how much longer are we talking. He says just a couple more weeks but can't give me a date. So now I have a phone # that I can try and get in touch with someone. So I call and he does not answer no surprise. On October the 2 he text me asking if I dropped the complaint with PayPal. And I told him no not til I get what I payed for. And from there it's just been back and forth with text messages. He won't answer his phone or call me back. It's been almost a year. And I'm out of $1,890.00 dollars all I want is my money back. I have every email sent and received. I have every text message sent and received. And all the times I have called him. So please someone help me.

File a complaint with State Attorney General

I am shocked to read these claims of a scam. Thank you for posting these since it has saved me from making a HUGE mistake! I just recently emailed or information but it was something about the website that made me suspicious hence I stared to look online to see if there were any complaints and there are many! Best thing to do is to file an official complaint with the State Attorney General's office in Oregon, if that’s where Codie or Richie (or whatever he calls himself) is based. Everyone that has been scammed needs to do so. This fraud must be stopped! He is preying on vulnerable people and takin advantage of their personal situations. Stop his Scumbag!!

My son ordered and paid $1600 for a prosthetic from this so-called company and has not received his order or will they respond to his emails. it has been over 3 months and he paid them the money upfront. I want that money refunded and this company stopped now. If not his father and I are prepared to get an attorney. I hope that I will hear from you about this situation and hopefully will have a solution for us.
