I found The Ticket Clinic on line I hired them to fight my traffic citation I received. I went to the City of BALDWIN PARK CA where they have an office. I made contact witha fenale who works there. I explained to her what I need. She gave me papers to fill out which I did.
I gave her the paper back, she asked for the money whic was 249.99 I paid by credit card. She told me that the Lawyer will contact me. I had a court date sheduled no one show up in court and I can't find the lawyer.
What a bunch of F**k**g liars, a fraudulent company! They tell you over the radio and on their ads that they can represent you in court and have “red-light camera tickets” thrown or dismissed for you! They’ll lie to you over the phone to get your payment of approximately $75, knowing from years of knowledge and through numbers of court experience that they cannot have these types of citations thrown or dismissed here in the state of Florida. A**H*LES!
This is a total ripoff they entered a plea without my knowledge and 6 days after the court date they still didn know anything!!! according to my calls now they wont return calls stay far away from this ripoff company nothing but fraud here!!they did not hing to help me but take my money and now they refuse to return calls to them going to attorney general about his scam and filing a complaint eith the florida bar. DO NOT pay them any money you can do the same and probably better yourself this is just another lawyer rip off!!!!
Ticket Clininc took my payment, did not go to court, never notified me, lied about it! That's Ticket Clinic for you! Be aware!
On 5/19/17 I hired Ticket Clinic online to represent me in a simple traffic ticket case, received a receipt via email and never heard from them after that. After over a month on 6/20/17 I suddenly remembered that I should have gotten a notification from the attorney (Ted Hollander) and I didn't, so I went online to see the Palm Brach County Clerk of Court records to see what the status is, and I was amazed to see they put a late fee on my ticket cost and I was in jeopardy to get mu license SUSPENDED? I'm like what??? So I called Ticket Clinic immediately and I was told they voided the payment transaction the very same day I paid it, because according to their record I am a problem client from a prior case in 2012??? What? When? How? I do not remember any incident with any Ticket Clinic. Regardless, I said who did you notify of this? I got no email, no voice mail... the "regional director" Jean Rodriguez said they were not able to reach me on the phone... what? This is 2017, they could have texted me, emailed me, leave a voice mail... Then she said they emaied me... I said send me the original email you sent me. She emailed me an internal transaction information, showing the original payment voided. That was their proof of notifying me that they did not take my case. There was no email no proof of any kind of notification as to Ticket Clinic deciding not to take my case for what ever reason. I ended up paying late fee and now I gained points against my traffic record I normally would not have. What a shitty service, how irresponsible and careless of them. I will never ever hire The Ticket Clinic again and would recommend you do the same.
Worst experience with a traffic attorney EVER. I'm considering filing a Florida Bar Complaint for inadequate representation along with lack of informing me of what truly was going on with my case. Then, one day I get a letter " Found Guilty". No other information listed on the letter. No explanation or anything. I'm pissed. Beyond irate. I come to find out was assessed (3) points. I could've NEVER HIRED THEM & elected driver school. The point is the Ticket Clinic hid that from me. So, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR & GET A NORMAL TRAFFIC ATTORNEY- NOT A TICKET MILL. TTC didn't care about my case unless I followed up. I had to pay the entire ticket (which is fine) but these clowns delayed the ticket so I had to investigate on my own to find out due to complete incompetent representation I was past the deadline of electing driving school. They are HORRIBLE! They blame the cop, judge, court system, etc. NEVER DO THEY BLAME THEMSELVES. Definitely a nightmare. Big regret. So, I plan to file a bar complaint b/c they NEVER informed me of getting (3) points on my license & No chance w/o Driver's School. Any citizen can go represent themselves. You wouldn't get a worse result. So, why even hire them? One of the most unprofessional firms that I've PERSONALLY dealt with EVER! They truly deserve ZERO STARS BUT IT WOUNDN'T ALLOW ME to do so. They have a complete lack of interest in clients - Its a Ticket Mill. That's all it is....get as many cases thrown at the judge & accept whatever happens. I RARELY write reviews EVER... but the fact my letter only stated found guilty & pay the full ticket amount. Lesson learned to "represent" yourself over using TTC or use another firm in my personal opinion. Not being told about the points & inability to elect or get court appointed driving school. My pet could've gotten the same result at least not worst. That's for sure.
