Do not use this company, they are LIARS!!! The Table Times called me soliciting me to advertise in their next print copy that sits at the tables in local restaurants. It peaked my interest and told her I would have to talk to my husband and get back to her. She said it was urgent because they only have one real estate agent per booklet and they were calling other agents today too. So I said I would do it. Now 6 months or more later I get a proof of the ad and it's all wrong, plus my competitor takes up 1/3 of the space on the same page. I responed with the corrections and asked if the other ad was really going to be there. No response, I sent another email, no response. I called and had to argue with customer service and she said she would have to get back to me. She calls the next day to tell me they've already been printed and they fulfilled their contract. They would not issue a refund and the ad is actually embarassing and makes me look bad, they said they would reprint in 6 months with any changes I request. They were so rude and argued non stop repeating they fulfilled their contract. Do not use this company, they are liars and have the worst customer service EVER!
I was told, although not promised, that these publications would be out before Christmas 2017. This was an important consideration as the holiday season impacts my business. I was also given the names of the restaurants in which the publication would appear. I called or emailed Table Time late in 2017 and was told they would be out soon. Same response in January. I made any number of emails requests and then phone calls and was always told they would be out soon. Then I spoke with a lady, whose name I did not get, who said they were at the printers and would be done in 2 weeks. That was in late February or early March 2018. One of the restaurants that was supposed to display the publication had closed. The lady told me that when they were shipped they would send me a copy. I have not received a copy so I assume they still have not been shipped. I was in one of the restaurants about a week agao and there was no evidence of a Table Times Publication.
It has been a total mess. I would highly sggest you not do business with Table Time.
