Hi! This is a report regarding the online shop, The Style Go. We are indeed disappointed and at awe at how people can just fool others. My sister bought the kylie limited edition birthday collection worth 169.95$ for a promo of buy one, get one free and the kylie lipstick also for buy one, get one promo for 24.99$. Total purchase was 194.94$ paid through her credit card. Aside from waiting for the products for too long coz we are from thr Philippines, it was a real hassle coz I had to get the package from the post office and what's worst is the products were FAKE. We will be willing to send back the FAKE products if they send us the REAL products we had ordered. We are hoping some action will be done regarding this matter so that no one will be victimized by this shop again. First of all I had trouble getting Kylie Cosmetic products and came across this website, so I purchased some of the Kylie products. It was not until a few days after I ordered that I realized there were reports on other websites about people receiving fake products.
Low and behold my package arrived from China, (keep in mind Kylie Cosmetics is made in USA). And it is not hard to tell all of the products were fake. I also then seen over the last week many more people are reporting that they are receiving fake goods and are not getting refunds even if you send them back.
They are blocking people when they complain about products and not upholding refunds, so basically they are taking money and thats it.
I am not sure of the rules here, but if you search in Google for the domain name, you can find others comments and reviews on this website of other people getting ripped off.
On another note Shopify which is their payment processor will do nothing and they are about as law abiding as the Mafia in that sense, I dont understand how a payment processor can not be accountable for what their merchants do and sell fake stuff (Shopify was notified of this).
Overall I lost close to $100 from this transaction and seems like nothing can be done about it.
