These guys refused to pay their bill for services they've requested. Now we are out the money they owe as we have had to pay other parties on their behalf. We will NEVER work with them again.

Fool me once shame on you...fool me twice shame on me...they are crooks who hide behind curse words and insults instead of being a proper company and paying their bills. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. (unless you like to lose money).

Delivered a bed all the way from Mirrillivle In to Port Orchard ,Wash with out incident set up the bed for his customer and he was very happy with my service when i called Kevin Raines of the sheet people merrillville, in for payment he decided to skip out on paying me for the delivery it had cost me hundreds of dollars to deliver thisfor him again witout incident and he just decided not to pay for it with out any reason he is a lowlife scum bag taking advantage of someone who was very respectable of his delivery RIP OFF Please Beware he has bad reviews on the better business berau.

Unsavory Business

This business does not refund money. The order was UNOPENED and returned to them. Proof of delivery was given and they will not refund money. Complaint to BBB did no good, still no refund. Do Not Do business with them.

Below is a string of emails between this company and myself. I took out names and email addesses of people.

I did tell her in my first email that I had to cut the packaging off. I am not just a few miles away, I'm 40.5 miles.

Bring them back to us with all packaging and the receipt for a exchange. We sold 1,000's of these. NEVER had this problem. Were just a few miles from you. The Sheet People, 8874 Louisiana Street, Merrillville, IN 46410

Amy...I have had these pillows over 10 days. The order is still very strong. As a matter of fact when you walked into my room you can smell that sour smell. I thought washing them would help, I was wrong. They did fluff up a bit, but they are very lumpy and hard. My friend's pillow is exactly the same. Is it possible that we received a bad or a old lot? Like I said before, the pillows were extremely hard and just broke into pieces when I attempted to fluff them.

The reason I bought these pillows is because I have neck and back problems and was told they would help. Also, I have bought several of your sheets sets and they are great. As a matter of fact, both my friend and I bought a set of sheets when we bought the pillows. I am on disability and on a fixed income. Even though I really couldn't afford them, I thought the purchase would be well worth it if some of my pain could be eased.

I am sorry to tell you, these pillows are by far the worse pillows I have ever purchased. I would like a refund or a new set of pillows. I would appreciate anything you can do. If you need the receipts as proof of purchase, I can send them.

The oder is simply the bamboo. Once opened, it completely goes away in 3-4 days. They are not dry rotted, it is simply the bamboo fill (bamboo is a grass). I am not sure how anyone can make the bamboo expand other than fluffing it up. We have a lower grade on the site at $24.95 without as much fill. It depends upon what the distributors buy from us. If they sold it to you at $35.00 you got a great deal as they made less than $5.00.

My friend and I were at a craft show at Stagg High School in Palos Hills, IL Saturday November 14th. I bought a set of sheets and 2 memory foam pillows and my friend bought a memory foam pillow. First, I couldn't get them out of the plastic bag, so I had to cut the bag (no a big deal). When I did get them out, there was a bad order to them, like a smelly old rag and they were completely flat. I thought they would expand, but here it is Monday and they are still completely flat with the same odor. I tried fluffing them, but the inside just started breaking apart like it is dry rotted. Now the pillow is half flat (and extremely hard) and the other side is hard and lumpy. The pillow folds in half. My friend said her pillow is the exact same way. We paid $35 for each pillow and I see they are on sale for $24.95 on your website. Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed in your product. Since we don't know who the seller was, we are hoping you can take care of this problem f or us. Thank you in advance.
