I bought my first like your oven and receded on 29 December 2016. I used it once and the ball popped. I called the company for a replacement and they wanted to send me a new bulb inside of a new unit, so I decided to decline that offer and ask them to replace the unit with another oven lid.
After about a week, they sent me another and it worked fine for a month. Then the unit would not power on anymore and I called Secura for another replacement. Every time you call Secura you cannot speak to anyone the only thing you can do is leave a message for a manager to call you or email you back.
With mediocre response they sent me another oven lid. When I got the third of an lead I plugged it and it started smoking and almost caught fire. I called Secura back right away and again they said an manager would call me back in 2 to 3 days it took 6 weeks for them to respond after calling 5 times.
I finally receive another oven lid in the mail and it does not work at all. it has been a week and I still have not heard back from secura. I am starting to totally despise this product and I either want a refund for the purchase price or just simply replace it with one that works. It would be nice to get a response back from them but at this point I am at the end of my rope.
