I ordered a 2-in-1 Curling and Straightening Iron (SALON QUALITY) for $54.97 through a Facebook ad. The amount was immediately charged on my credit card on August 20th, to this day, September 28th, I have not received it. On the website support chat "Vina" says it is on its way. The tracking number that was sent in an email is invalid and the tracking feature on the website shows no registered tracking number. When email was sent to support@thesaleguru, Andrew Adams responded with the tracking link on the website, but that was just useless with no further info being found.
Placed an order for a curling iron. Order #11704. Was told it would ship 7-10 days. After about 20 days, I contacted them by email. They responded that there was a delay in customs, but be assured my order would ship. Contacted several more times, no response. Went to website, sent a message there 3 times. No response
I ordered a 2-In-One curling iron from this site. As in all the other reports on this company, I never received it and got a fake tracking number. Weeks later, I contacted them and they apologized, said there was a problem with tracking numbers, but my product HAD shipped. Several emails later with no response, I realized I'd been scammed.
I purchased a 2 in 1 flat iron from a Facebook ad, they took a week from order confirmation to order shipped emails. I got a tracking # for USPS and it doesn't work, it's a fake tracking #. Tried contacting them through email (that's all I could find) and never heard back. I want my $$ back!!

Still another case of ordering a curling iron, got billed, it was never delivered, the post office said it couldn't be delivered, met with the post office supervisor who said it was coded as coming from China and had NEVER been received in the US. Crickets from their customer support. Let everyone know what a fraud they are! Go on Yelp. Go on Facebook. Go everywhere and raise a ruckus!

Purchased a Tyme Iron on Facebook never received the product. My account was immediately debit for $61.74. Website stated product to be shipped in 8 to 10 business days. Still have not received the iron and no phone number or contact information. This so called company is a scam.
I bought what I thought was the tyme iron,, when I realized it wasn't I tried to cancel my order,, no response to email and no response to complaint,, they just took my money and gave me nothing!
The Sale Guru I ordered a curling/straightening iron and have not received it. I have tried calling 800-435-1529 but cannot talk to live person. When I try and look up my tracking #, it says it doesn't exist. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

I bought a 3 in 1 curling iron from a site called The Sale Guru and they took my money and I never got my item. Total scam. They sent email with a tracking number and when item never arrived I called post office and it is a fake tracking number.
The company is a scam. They send you tracking notification that isn't correct but says to give it 3-5 days to update! You never receive the product and they say it's to late to cancel. I'm not the first person this has happened to. They offer discounted products but you never receive anything!
I received notification that the 2-1 Curing and Straightening Iron I orderd shipped on 9/6. When checking tracking status it shows "Not Delivered" contact USPS for a delivery option. The Tracking Number I was provided is bogus. When I contacted the USPS they have no record of this tracking number. I have been trying unsuccessully to have someone from "The Sale Guru" contact me about this and have never received any type of response and from what I've read from others, I won't be receiving a response. This group is a complete RIP OFF. They take your money and RUN! Don't be scammed as I was. They took my $54.95 out of my account the day I placed my order and then seemed to have vanished!
I saw this great ad for a 2 in 1 flat iron, took a chance and ordered it. I read the reviews for the product and only later after not getting my product did I check the reviews for the company. This is a huge scam people! They took my money out (quickly I might add) told me the product would be here in 8-10 days. That time frame has long since passed.. I am so frustrated and angry. I am normally so careful but this time I got caught. The phone number doesn't get answered so I join a long line of people who are out the $60. I have no clue what my recourse is or if I even have one. I just hope this helps someone else from making the same mistake!

I ordered a gift for my granddaughter from the sale guru. the money was immediately taken out of my account but I never received the gift. I have emailed several times but no response. The telephone number provided just rings busy. they even provided a tracking number which they stated was from USPS, but it was not a valide tracking number.
I will do my best to go after this company for the money they stole. just a warning for anyone who thinks about ordering from them. they are a complete fraud.
I ordered this from a Facebook add. I told my husband I thought it was too good to be true since they were offereing it for 50% of other retailers. I decided to give it a try. I processed my order easily and received an order confirmation immediately. I received a tracking email a few days later but the tracking number didn't come up. Knowing that sometimes takes a day or so to show up, I didn't think anything of it. When I checked back, the website gave me an update that seemed reasonable even if the tracking number didn't show up on the USPS website. When tracking again, the update said that the delivery was unsuccessful and to contact my local USPS to schedule redelivery. I contacted them and they do not have a package for me nor does the tracking number I was provided with show up in their system. I have tried calling the 800 number for the seller and have been unable to get through. I have tried their online chat tool and email and haven't received any response. Like others, the funds have been taken from my bank account.
Ordered a flat iron/curling iron online. My card was charged before I ever received an email saying it was shipped. I received an email saying it was shipped a few days later. A couple days later i tried tracking my package with a tracking number provided in the email. The number came up invalid with the USPS. I called my post office and the postal worker informed me the tracking number is am overseas tracking and could not be tracked here in the U SA. I revieved an email from the company stating the USPS tried to deliver my package but were unable to and for me to contact the USPS. As i mentioned i did speak with a postal worker and they did not reveive or attempt to deliver a package to me. I believe this company is fraud. They charged me got their money and will not respond to any of my emails. They were paid $59.94 which included shipping

Just like everyone else, they keep saying it's coming and the tracking number given doesn't work. I put in a dispute with my credit card company and got my $50 back and I'm letting them handle the rest. Everyone on this thread keeps saying they are out the money - why aren't they disputing with their credit card company? Visa gives protection on these scams, I'm assuming all credit cards do...

I ordered the tyme iron from this site on August 25 2017. I have not heard one word about my product, but they took the money out of my bank account right away. I have tired to get in touch with them by email but have never heard a word from anyone. This site should be shut down.

I ordered a p 2in1 flat iron from this site. It stated that it would contact me if there were any changes but I was never notified. I checked on my package last night and stayed that they were not able to deliver my package and gave me a bogus tracking number. I went to my local post office and they stayed the tracking number does not exist.
The Sale Guru is a fake company that advertises on Facebook. The most popular ad is for a 2 in 1 straightening and curling iron that is much cheaper than anywhere else (which should have been a sign). They have a website that seems legitimate but obviously is not.
I ordered a curling iron and it was a 7-10 day delivery. I got a confirmation email that day. A few days later I got an email with a USPS tracking number. The number didn't work on the USPS website. After 10 day I tried to contact them. There is no phone number, no address, no contact person, no customer service. I could just fill out a form on their website which I did. No one ever responded.
Then I got another email saying that USPS had tried to deliver it but couldn't and I should contact them. USPS did not attempt delivery and said the routing number was fake. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't received the product. This is because it is a fake company, stealing people's money on line.
I have contacted my credit card and disputed the charge. I have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
DO NOT order from this company!
Order a curling iron 2 month ago never received it can't get a hold of anyone
I purchased a 2 in 1 curling iron and straightener. I never received the product and the money was debited from my bank account 6 weeks ago. I have not been contacting the company to find out where the product is or when it will be arriving.
This is an online website for shopping. I have purchased products over 3 weeks ago and realized on the tracking that they have not even shipped yet. So I send multiple emails and facebook messages, which have all been ignored, They took the money from my card but I have no way to get in touch with anyone as they do not repsond at all! I have seen about 100 people on facebook complaining of the same thing, some of them have waited 2 months with no product and no response. This company is a scam and in addition, instagram and facebook refuse to remove thier ads so people keep ordering over and over and new people complain every day. I want my money back but customer service refuses to respond to me in any way!
