I purchased this product on Sept 13,2017. It was suppose to take 7 to 10 days with free shipping and 5.00 off on the order. Well they charged me for the product 59.64 the shipping and I did not get the 5.00 off. got the product about 5 weeks later and it does not work. It will not turn on. I have send numouous emails and they finally refunded my shipping and the 5.00. I asked for a return address because item doesnt work . No response. So I emailed everyday. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Finally a lady name Catherine emailed and said they refunded in full. it would take 7 to 14 days to get me refund. That was Oct. 18th. Still no refund or no response.
Thesaleguru . com The person on the website calls herself Vina and that is who I have been emailing numerous times. I ordered a hair styling tool through this sales guru company advertised though FaceBook back in Sept. and paid over $50.
I waited almost a month before complaining. I have emaied Vena on the site numerous times. At first she wrote back and explained she was sorry for the delay but was very vague and would not tell me when the product was arriving. It is now Nov. 3rd and I still have not received it. This company totally ripped me off. Now they do not even respond to my emails. I even emailed customer service and still no response. Something is definitely wrong here. I want my money back. This is a scam. Please let others know to prevent this from repeatedly occurring.

I ordered a 2-in-1 curling and straightening iron on 9/26/17. It is now 11/2/17. My card was charged, but i have never received the product. I have emailed the company and got no response. Do not order from this company! it is a scam! this company bombarded facebook with adds, with the sole purpose of scamming individuals!
They offer things on sale, I order one of them and they even charged for delivery and i never receive my order or go an email back from them when I tried to contact them. Poor company, I think they just take your money and that is it.

Ordered a curling iron over 5 weeks ago. Emailed a few times as to why I haven't received my product yet. Response was to use the tracking number to locate the item. To no avail was I able to get a tracking number from the instructions on my email. I am turning them over to the fraud department for a refund!

Purchased the 2-in-1 Curling and Straightening Iron from The Sale Guru. I received a confirmation email of the purchase on 8/20/17. Received an email that the product has been shipped on 8/23/17 with a “tracking number”. Never received the product in the window of time promised so I emailed the “support” team to let them know. It took them a while to email me back but they did. It was from “Andrew Adams” He said that the product was still on the way. I asked him why I couldn’t track it and he emailed me back a few days later that they were just having a few problems but to be assured it was on it’s way here. I went to the post office a couple days later to see if they had received my package but they didn’t have anything and also they couldn’t tell me anything about my tracking information. They said that it was from overseas but they couldn’t locate the package. I have emailed, and emailed, and emailed and I keep getting the same response. That it is still on its way. I have requested a refund numerous times but he never addresses that issue. He just keeps telling me that my product is on the way. I told him I would be filing a report with the BBB.

I ordered a tyme 2 in 1 flat iron on an ad on Facebook called sale guru for 59.99 + 1.25 & was told 7-10 days it would arrive & that was on September 22, 2017 I have yet to see it. It’s now almost November & still nothing. I have contacted them through the little phone that was at the top of the page to speak with a live person but there is never one so you can leave a message & they return with a message they keep telling me it’s tied up in customs & it’s worth the wait to be patient. But today I go on to try & communicate & there is no way to communicate now
On Sept.19th, 2017 I saw and ad on Facebook for a 2 in 1 curling/flat iron. It was an incredible deal, so I purchased it. I received confirmation of my order, it was charged to my credit card, and I have not received the product yet.
I have tried to contact the company by email which is the only way as the phone number listed for them is unavailable in my area. I have not received any response.
I ordered a flat iron with the Sale Guru. Got a confirmation that same day, as well as the money taken out of my account. They said it would be shipped in 8-10 business days. That was exactly one month ago. There has been no other communication from them. When I have attempted to contact customer service via email (the only option) I got a response with a link to track the order, which does not work. There is no tracking information. I have emailed the 'support service' several times telling them the link doesn't work, and get the EXACT same email in return. I have tried emailing them again 3 days ago with no repsonse. This place is a toal scam and needs to be shut down!
I ordered a 2n 1 curling flat iron from the sale guru add of Facebook on 9/25. I paid for standard shipping which was 7-15 days. When I received no emails or tracking no. And no product after 3 weeks, I sent several emails and tried calling several times to no avail. This company is a SCAM! DO NOT order anything from them. I wish I had read the report and comments before I ordered. Lesson learned the hard way...this sucks! And shame on FB for allowing them to advertise on their site.
Don’t buy from The Sale Guru they will take your money and not ship the product. I contacted the company 5 times and received a response back twice. First response the items shipped and on its way but no tracking. Second response the order is on its way. Afterwards not a word.
I made an order of a Facebook link, that I thought was from the original company. They took my money and never sent a tracking number. I emailed them and they emailed me back asking for my order number. They asked me to be patience so I waited a week. Been emailing them every other day now for a month and no response. Please do not order nothing from them. Facebook needs to remove their ads so more people don't lose their hard earned money.

Ordered a curling iron from saleguruz.com on Sep 6th. When I went to track the order on their website it says "tracking number not registered" contacted sale guru via email and was told there was a problem at customs that did not allow them to register the tracking number. Have made multiple attempts to see if my order has shipped only for them to respond with the same story. It is now Oct 26th, I have not received my order which per their website should have shipped within 7-10days and now no one is responding to my email inquiries....Think ive been ripped off :(

I placed an order for 2-in 1 Curling and Straightening iron. The Sale Gura withdrew money within 2 days of me placing the order. After 6 weeks the product never shipped. I sent 3 emails asking for a full refund and to cancel my order. They failed to do either.
I did order the product back on oct 2nd, 2017 and i was suppose to get tracking number but nothing so far and waiting for two weeks and they deduct my money out of my bank account that they did recieved my money but where is my products that i purchase and i have email to them on the internet contact name... and wait for about a week and still nothing no respond from the email... and then i check their website and still no phone number to contact and no address where they are located so i did email to them twice and i am still not getting any respond... here i am on this site for theoutscam and fraud report too.. hopefully i get my full refund...
I finally received the combo curling/flat iron. It took six weeks and by then I reported it to my credit card company as fraud and cancelled the card. Low and behold a week later I received the item in the mail. (The tracking number they gave me never worked so I definitely thought it a scam.) This is not 'salon quality'. It came with no printed receipt information, the return address on the pkg is a PO Box in California. There is no manufacturer name on the iron or listed in the enclosed pamphlet. The instruction sheet looks like it was printed off someone's home computer and is full of grammatical errors. It is attached to a warranty card but nowhere is there an address to send it to! The instruction for use are very confusing. It is supposed to be a curling and straight iron but there is no way it will curl. Just a cheap flat iron in a rounded plastic housing that will not curl. In reading whatever I can get my hands on about returning it, I'm not sure it would be worth the time to try and send it back. No address to send it to. In the fine print, it says it's up to the company to decide if a refund is in order. My credit card company removed the charge from my account so I guess I'm not out any money so I'm not sure what to do with this piece of c****. Also, it did not come with the protective sleeve as advertised. Definitely seems like a business run out of someone's garage!!
I ordered a hair curler on Sept 22, 2017 and the nearly $60 was paid by credit card. I have not received the product nor do they answer any of my emails. I cannot find a phone number or physical address. They have ripped me off and I've already paid my credit card bill.

Ordered one of their products from a Facebook advertisement. The money was taken from my account, but I've never received the product. When I call the number, it says "I have called a number that cannot be reached from my calling area". I'm calling from Colorado to California on an 800 number. It shouldn't be an issue. The number is 1-800-435-1529. I work for a lawyer and he is getting involved. I know that it isn't a huge deal in the amount, ($54.94), but if they're scamming all these people out of $50, then they're making thousands.... and that's just not right.

It's now more than a month later and i still have not received the product. My credit card was charged on the day that i ordered it. You can't reach anyone when you try to call their phone number.

August 23, 2017 I saw an ad on Facebook from a company called The Sales Guru. They advertised a discounted purchase price of $54.97 for a Tyme Iron (hair straightener and curling) which was a huge discount of approximately $100+...great deal however, they took my money and never sent my order. I've tried to email them to inquire on my order but to no avail, no response!
I ordered a beauty product via a Facebook ad from Shopsalesguru.com. My credit card was charged on the date ordered. I never received a promised tracking number via e mail. You cannot contact the company at indicated phone number . No one answers and it is continuously busy. When you submit information to the Contact Us site it is never acknowledged. I have never received the item I ordered.
I ordered from The sale guru company on 9-25-17 and did not receive my flat iron. I tried many times to email them and got no response from them. I asked for a number and never got one just an email to get in contact with them but the do not ever answer you!! I can not find a contact number for this company!! They can take your money in one day but cannot furfil your order!! Thieves!!
Do NOT buy from The Sale Guru, a popular ad on facebook. I order a Tyme curling iron, they took close to $60 out of my account on Sept 25. Now, Oct 10 and no tracking number, no working phone number and no emails back regarding my order. Like you all, I work hard for money...don't give them any! I've contacted my bank and filed a dispute.

So it is October 9, no product delivered, no email update about where my item is(since I did order it on August 11), I continue to get a once a week generic email for some automated server, who by the, was is SO Sorry for the delay, So DEVASTATED to know I have not received my order.
I truly believe that this entire deal is a scam! I have asked for a phone number to contact you! I have given you my phone number to contact me! August, 2017 I ordered a curling iron from the sale guru for 54.00. The sent a fake tracking number and said my item was undeliverable by the US Postal Service. I went to my post office and after researching the tracking number I was told that no such tracking number existed. I'm emailed to the sale guru several times. I kept getting automated responses stating that there was a problem with customs and assured me that my item was on the way. It has been two months and still no curling iron. At this point, they are not responding to my emails.

Buyer Beware: Do not use the sale guru to purchase anything. They are scammers and will take your money and provide you with nothing but a hastle of trying to find your product (which probably doesn't even exist with them). Just not worth any risk. Purchased a Time iron on 9/9/17. They were happy to immediately charge my card, but no product has ever been shipped. Placed an order for the curling iron. Like all other reviews, they took my money and never sent a product. "Andrew Adams" keeps telling me that they have shipped it, but will not provide a tracking number. I've already reported this to my credit card company. Phone number listed on the credit card charge is a nonworking number. Wish I would have read these reviews before ever ordering.
