I ordered this item and received a confirmation email on 8/24/17 stating this order was getting ready to ship. My order number was 13661 and now the website and all support contact me sites and numbers are no longer available. This was a total scam and I am completely angry I wasted this much money on something I never even received.

Saw an advertisement on facebook for a good deal on a 2 in 1 straightning flat iron. I ordered on 10/2/17. Received a response right away that they'd received my order, it was immediately withdrawn from my account but never shipped. I sent an email a month or so after the order to obtain status. Did not receive a response until December 2017 stating there was a large demand for this product and they were still working on my order. I have not received the order as of yet. When I try to go on the website or email them, I receive it back stating undeliverable and the website appears to no longer exist.

I ordered a tyme straightener on sept 29, 2017. After 6 weeks i contacted them about not receiving my order and was told it was on backorder. On Jan 3rd i asked for a refund and got an email back saying it would be issued 3-15 days. Still not refund. Now when I try to email it is denied and the number on my bank statement is disconnected.

On September 18,2017 I was on facebook to find that they where selling a Curling Straightening Iron (Salon Quality) for $49.97 I was hesitant because it was on FB but when I click out it sent me an email for $5.00 off if I placed an order so I did! I still have where they confirmed by order and charged my credit card $54.94 which was taken out of my account that day!! On 9/28/17 I replied to them to see when my order will be on its way and they sent me an e-mail by a Catherine Johnson - [email protected] Hello Delma Your order has already been shipped. It is currently in transit and customs had been checkin it meticulously causing the delay in shipment, we couldnt upload the tracking number as we have to make sure when we do, customers can already track the package. We are monitoring your package and we'll make sure our customers like you will receive what you paid for. So I patiently waited until October 3 2017 and emailed Catherine Johnson again!! where is my order!!! (I DO HAVE PRINTED COPIES OF THE WHOLE PROCESS THAT I PRINTED OUT WITH DATES) Catherine Johnson then replied to me on Oct 8, 2017 stating they where currently experience a ver high leve of orders and this is causing a tremendoud delay!! Blah! Blah! Blah! Its on its way soo on! Please be patient. So on October 23,2017 I replied again to Catherine Johnson wanting to know What is up? And I was not happy and wanted my money back. On October 26,2017 she replied stating Thanks for contacting us sorry to hear about your experience We have fully refunded your order. Please allow 7-15 business days for the refund to be adjusted to your credit card, If you have any other concerns, let us know!

On November 17 I e-mailed her again staying its been way OVER 7 to 15 Business days where is my MONEY!! Also on emailed her on November 27,2017 and December 8th Still No response and when I went to there website it was NO MORE!! then I sent her another email on January 4,2018 that I still have not received my REFUND and that I have all the emails and that I will pursue this until I receive my refund! She automatically replied with the same answer that I will be refunded 7-15 Business days, UGG! I then replied to her that I already have went through this!! when it came back Message not delivered bad email! I do have every email and my statement when they took out my money! I know its not that much money but it was the fact that they did not follow thru and now I cannot even get on there web-site PLEASE HELP ME OR LET OTHER PEOPLE KNOW THEY ARE CROOKS!

I purchased 2 in 1 curling iron online. Paid $49.97 For it on August 21,2017. Had not received it by end of September so I began emailing them. I received email back stating that there was a high demand and because of hurricane weather they were not able to get them from over seas or something to that effect. I then told them I wanted a refund and was told that they were sending the item after all. I told them I wanted a refund because I had gone online and seen that others ordered around the same time and had not received theirs either. I then received an email out of the blue from them stating that my card would be credited within 7-15 business days. I received that December 8th and have yet to see the credit in my account. Now I am getting email returns stating that their email server is rejecting my emails. Also, the website says it is not available. The other website that comes up with thesaleguru.com is shopify.com. I have all the emails between all of us.

On September 20 my credit card was charged but I never received a tracking number or confirmation. I sent this email to the company. "Please refund me for the order I have never received. I have never received a tracking number or order confirmation concerning my order, but you charge my credit card on September 20, 2017 for $85.47.” I got this reply back "Hi Tracey, Your order has already been shipped. It is currently in transit and customs had been checking it meticulously causing the delay in shipment. We couldn't upload the tracking number as we have to make sure when we do, customers can already track the package. I ordered 2 curling irons and after 4 weeks had not received either one. I reached out to the company via email bc there was no phone number listed on the website. I was told they should be shipping soon. 2 weeks later I received one of the curling irons however never received the second one despite being charged for two. I have emailed the support email multiple times without hearing anything in return. The company also falsely advertised by displaying a "Tyme" iron in the advertisement however once received the iron had no brand listed on it.

I purchased two curling irons from a Facebook ad by thesaleguru.com on Sept 29, 2017 for a total of $109. When I did not receive the product I sent an email. The response stated that it would take double the time to arrive based on high demand of the product. After another 4 weeks I began demanding my money back only receive the same automated response again. They will no longer reply to email. Thesaleguru.com website has no phone number or address to contact.

I ordered a hair tool on September 30. It's December 3. I contacted them in October via customer service, and they said that due to high demand of dthe product, it would take a while to recieve it. I contacted them again, with no respnse. I have not received the item, and no help from the company.

I ordered a curling iron online through salesguru Sept 23, 2017. They charged my credit card Sept 25, 2017. It’s December 4th, 2017 and I still haven’t received it. The only contact info they provide is an email to which they don’t respond. I’ve sent two requests asking for info to date. The order process seems so legitimate which frustrates me even more.

The Sale Gru Sale Gru Purchased 2 in 1 flat iron styler from Sale Gru from an ad on Facebook. After a month I tracked my package with the number they provided in my confirmation email. It stated "undeliverable”, I then emailed customer support. I received an email back, apologizing and agreeing to re-ship ASAP. 3 months later, no styler, no return emails and a phone number with a full voice mail. If you purchased same, dispute your charge right away; they’ll string you along until most credit card’s dispute window. $60 & no product

I ordered a 2 in 1 curling and straightening iron from a comopany called sale guru. I paid the total amount for this product. I placed the order on the 23rd September and the shipping method said 7-15 days. I still have not received this product and i have sent numerous emails but no replies have come through. The order number is #33996. I am getting very annoyed about this and now wish i didnt purchase it.

I ordered a Tyme Iron from a deal on Facebook on September 19th. When I hadn't received a tracking number I emailed the company and they sent me an email on October 10th saying that they couldn't refund my money because my item had shipped already. I still haven't received a tracking number or the item and it is November 28th. I tried to email the company back and the email is bad.

I ordered a curling iron 3 months ago from their ad on Facebook . Was charged and supplied a false tracking number. I have emailed very frequently and asked to cancel my order. They responded that it was too late to cancel. Now the company will not respond to my weekly emails and their support mailbox says it is full. I had $55.00 stolen from me.

All emails bounce back saying mail box is full, there is no phone number or address listed. I will have to contact my bank and get a new credit card as I dont trust them with the information they have now got about me! These people need to be found and prosecuted!! How dare people do this to trusting people wanting to purchase Xmas presents for family or friends!!

I am reporting a scam. I would like to report the sales guru. I placed an order and then I cancelled it and got a response that I would receive my refund anywhere from 7-15 days. I have not received it and I have sent numerous emails with no reponse and the number they have listed is out of service. They charged my card $59.94. That may not seem like a lot to some people but it is to me.

I also ordered the straightening and curling iron 2 in 1 product. It took me 7 weeks to get it. It did not even come in a box! It came wrapped in bubble wrap with the product only and nothing else. It is NOT of salon quality! Very cheap!! I am Very disappinted! It took so long because it is shipped from China! This is why you can't track your order for weeks.

Sale Guru has failed to send my product after I ordered it online on 9/17/17. I waited the 2-3 weeks as stated on approximate arrival. I then began to contact them via email. I received an automated response and continue to email them at least 5 times as well as I sent a message to the Manager. This information was also provided on the automated email response. Sales Guru took the money for the product and now I'm out $60.

I ordered a 2 in 1 hair straightener/curler from a link on facebook. Paid for it, got a confirmation email amf everything. This email had no tracking number so I requested one via email. It came back saying failure to send to that address. I then went on the website and went into where it says to contact them and tried to contact them several times and still have had no response. I ordered the item on the 26th of September and heard nothing since my confirmation email. I was nice at first and the rude and then threatening amd still nothing. I am not sure where to go from here to get my money back...

Purchased a 2-in-1 curling and straightening iron (salon quality) from The Sale Guru (a fake scamming company) for $54.94. This was supposed to be a Tyme salon quality hair device. I ordered the product on October 6th and have yet to receive it. After two weeks of nothing I did what any normal person would do and emailed them asking where my product was. Three emails later I received a response "May I know your order number to assist you better? Thanks." Even though I knew it was a scam from the many angry customers reporting not to purchase from them on Facebook, I responded with my order number and demanded my product immediately. I never received a reply so I filed a dispute with the Fair Credit Card Comsumer Act after trying to make it right with the company. The charge is pending and I expect my refund shortly. Some people reported receiving a defective product, a product which they didn't order or nothing like me. Don't fall for this garbage scan. Read reviews like I didn't until after it was purchased!

I emailed them and they told me that due to high demand, the bulk order was held up at customs but as soon as it cleared the tracking would be updated. I waited another month and still had no information so I requested a refund. They responded by saying my card had been credited back and i would see that credit in 7-15 business days. I never got the refund.

Do not buy from thesaleguru!!! i ordered the tyme straightener on october 3rd, Charged my credit card of course) and now it is nov. 8th and i have still not received the order. I contacted thesaleguru approx. 2 weeks after placing my order when i had not received a tracking number. They replied with an email stating "things were delayed" and i would receive shipping information soon. Now over a month from the order date, i still have not received any communication from them!

I filed a claim with my credit card company and also called the phone number listed on my credit card statement. When i finally talked to someone who answered that number, it was a company called shopify and they had never heard of thesaleguru and therefore could not help me.

I hope my credit card company gets to the bottom of this, if not for my money to be returned, but to hopefully shut this company down so others will not be scammed.

Ordered a 2-in-1 curling and straightening iron (Salon Quality) on October 5, 2017. As of today, November 8, 2017 I have not received my order. I have checked the status, as I do have an Order Number, and there is no status, just that I had ordered. There are columns for them to put a shipping number in, which there is none listed.

I have emailed, but it bounced back with a notification that mailbox is full. I have also emailed directly from their website, to no avail. I paid $59.97 for it for the iron and I still have yet to receive any notification from them.

In their Terms and Conditions paperwork, they state they have the right to refuse service to anyone. They also reserve the right to cancel at any time but "may attempt to contact you by phone, or address or email listed on the order." They have not done either.

They had no problem taking the money out of my account, but they have not responded and have no working phone number for me to call customer service.

I foolishly fell for the "too good to be true" deal and paid for the staightner/curling iron. I wondered what had happened to my product in October and emailed them about the issue. They then said that it was stuck in customs and would be delivered shortly. I have since sent another email that came back undeliverable because their inbox was full. I then came across this website and see all the ones saying to not buy said product. I know better now. Is there a way to get my money back or am I out because of my stupidity? I ordered a curling iron from a Facebook ad and it was never received. After multiple attempts to contact by email I only got an automated reply to track my order which was never shipped. They took my money via credit card. Facebook should delete them as many others have had the same experience as me. I wish I had read these reports before ordering!

Ordered an item on 10/5/2017. Was told I would get a confirmation # within 48-72 hours. Never did. I forgot about the purchase until I received my credit card bill. I was instantly charged the day I ordered. Today is Nov. 4th and still no confirmation or product delivered. Tried to call the number listed under the name of company on credit card bill and it was a recording that said number is temporarily unavailable. When you go to the website, there is no contact number at all. All you can do is leave a comment, which I did but not expecting a response considering what other people's reviews have said.

If you are not familiar with an online website, it's probably best to do your homework before ordering. Never again!!!

I ordered the flat iron two months ago and i never received. I have sent multiple emails and had few replies which stated sorry for the delay your product in on it's way. Asked several times for refund with no response. Do not order anything from this company they are a fraud. Tracking information they give me is not even valid. I will probably never see my money or the flat iron i ordered.

I ordered this 2-in-1 straightening iron (salon quality) from a Facebook advertisement and they basically took my money and ran.

I emailed the so-called company when it had been over 2 weeks and no product, so I asked for a tracking number and was sent a link via email from Andrew Adams (support@the salesguru.com) and the link gave me this tracking number 420840679374869903502269085829 that said tracking not registered.

I did finally receive the so-called curling iron after 36 days and when I plugged it in it surged electricity through my house and all the light bulbs were flickering on and off.

I instantly unplugged it and thought I would try another plug and it did the same thing but I did have my other curling iron plugged in so I unplugged mine and kept the newly purchased one plugged in and tried to use it and low and behold the darn thing would not work.

I went to their website and filed a complaint and asked how to return it and get my money back and they said they would respond the next business day.

Well that never happened so I emailed this Andrew Adams from support and explained that I wanted my money back and I would send the product back and no-one has replied.

I am at this time going to contact my bank and report this to the BBB. This is totally unacceptable and these people need to be stopped. This is totally a rip-off and I am so upset that I fell for their scam so whatever you do please do not buy anything from this so-called company they are not legitimate.

I learned a valuable lesson with this purchase and that is to check the reviews of companies but some of us rely on faith and trust that companies are for real never thinking that it can happen to you.

I will never-never do this again and I seriously doubt that I will purchase anything online ever again unless I know without a shadow of a doubt that it is a legitimate company such as DoTerra etc. It's sad to think that scam artists can ruin the reputation of other sellers trying to make a living in our outraged society.

I order a product from this company and they debited the amount from my account but, never sent me the product. They should be ashamed of the way they run their company. I think they should be closed down and be charged with extortion. I am mad at myself for even getting into this mess. I'm on a fixed income and it hurts when people feel they can help themselves to peoples hard earn money.

If I could I would give this company a minus rating. They should be ashamed of the way they treat their customers. They take your money and never send you the product. There is no way to get your money back. This company should be taken down and the people that started this company need to be put in jail for extortion. I am very upset for the way they have been treating people who thought they were buying a product and all they did was make a donation to this company's kitty.
