The Rx Helper Reviews
I contacted RX helper in hopes of helping to get my daughter's prescription for a lower price. When I had to call and cancel a service I had never tried, the very next day, they refuse to give my $60 enrollment fee back. They say it is non refundable because they have to pay their employees for filling out my paperwork, when in fact, they won't refund my $39 until I send them back my enrollment paperwork. When I tell them, I don't want your services and just want a complete refund, they say they understand but still want my enrollment paperwork filled out and returned. Their email says they return phone calls within 72 hours but it is more like 4 or more days. I have never written a complaint against a company but this one is very deceiving. Based on the lack of professionalism of the employee I spoke to today, the other reviews online, and my experience up til today, I strongly believe this is a fraudulent company.
I Believe thet are a scam also
No stars for a company that takes your money and personal information and does not
supply you with the promised medication .
I think they should be investigated.
Please stay away from RX Helper
I would recommend that you stay as far away from RX Helper as you possible can. Your much better off working with your doctor and Eli Lily directly. It’s really not that hard. In our opinion RX Helper is a professionally organize scam offering unnecessary service to unexpecting customers. We checked with both our Doctor and Eli Lilly - neither one is familiar with their service suggesting that we had been cheated. Their processing service is a roulette wheel of missing information. In one email they request more information before they can complete your order. While in a previous or present email they indicate that they have everything and are ready to proceed. Of course, during this communication nightmare, they are talking money out of your checking account. We experienced this same organize confusion while talking with a reprehensive by the name of Mark. Having received two emails within the dame day – one indicating that they needed more info and other saying that they had all they needed. Somewhat confused by this ongoing double talk we called and spoke with Mark. Eventually, after searching our files, he agreed that all our papers were in and he would personally expedite our order and we should have approval within 48 hours. If we had any questions we were to speak with him directly. Within 48 hours we received an email stating that we had to resubmit all of papers as there were none on file. I tried to reach Mark but he was mysteriously unavailable. Left a message for a call back with one of his co-workers. But never heard from him. It’s your money. Spend it the way you want to but please stay away from RX Helper.
The Rx Helper is a total rip-off and a scam company. My wife needed to take an expensive cholesterol medication and didn’t have any health insurance at the time.
We searched the internet and there was The Rx Helper promising to help her obtain free medication. We thought that we had to use their service and it was necessary to contract with them. This is not true. The Rx Helper interjects themselves into the process and extracts money from people in need. At first, they charged us $39.95 per month and then raised their fee to $49.95 without notifying us. That’s an increase of 25%.
We tried to contact them by phone and by email and of course they do not respond. They also renewed the contract by themselves without our consent. What makes this the ultimate insult is that the medication could have been sent to us directly from the drug company for free! They ripped us off for $600. Spread the word and do not get sucked into their clutches.
Trying to get help with very high cost drugs and instead got ripped off by the rx helper company. Are not in enough debt and some greedy sob takes it from people who do not need the aggravation.
I applied for help with the drug bystolic in early June 2017. I have been charged $39.95 for June, July and August 2017 for no servce and no drugs! I've spent a great deal of time trying to work with this company who has refused to meaningfully address any of my concerns and has refused to refund my June and July payments of $39.95 each.
Initially contacted The RxHelper to assist with medications. We were granted one month assistance; however, never completed the registrations process due to not needing their services anymore. The initial payment for the one month's service was debited out of our checking account.
My husband then became ill and had to have a few operations. I wasn't paying as much attention to our checking account as I normally do, and when my husband was recuperated I came to find out that they had been deducting $79.95 from my account for about a year.
I contacted the RxHelper and they said that they had tried to contact me, which they had, but that I did not respond, which I didn't. They told me in the e-mail that they needed further information to process our application. I probably shouldn't have ignored them, but I figured if I don't respond they will know that we are not going through with the process any further.
The person I spoke with informed me that there would be no refunds. I said how can you take our money when we have not been using your company for any assistance with the purchase of drugs? They told me that I had signed an agreement, which I didn't remember doing, so I asked them to e-mail me a copy. It has been over a week now, and I have not received the e-mail with a copy of the agreement that I allegedly signed.
Any help with resolving this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Was contacted by phone and email after contacting Astra Zenaca for help in paying for Eliquis at $450.00 per month priscription. Was sent all the paperwork to fill out and mail back. Was then sent an email that requested $109.99 plus $60.00 processing fee for the first month. Then $49.95 each month charged there-after for a 30 day supply.
Was sent all requested paperwork filled out and after checking out this outfit, finding out it was a fraud created to rip-off the older citizens and those on fixed incomes. Have contacted the Idaho Attorney General's Office along with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and fileing a complaint with both on The Rx Helper.

I contacted RX Helper on May 11, 2017 for assistance with my prescriptions. They told me they would be able to help. That I would have to pay a one time fee of $60 for administrative costs and a monthly fee of $49.95 for the prescriptions. They then took $109.95 from my bank account. I never received anything from them. I wrote to cancel but instead of them cancelling the account as requested they again took $49.95 from my bank account. They are no more than con artists preying on senior citizens for their hard earned dollars!!
The Rx Helper is a complete scam. Being charged money for medication I'm not receiving. Won't refund. Just stealing money from me. I used them because I thought they could help but they don't nothing but screw me over. Stay away from this company
We contacted RX helper in July for assistance. They took info from us and provided an agreed upon affordable cost per month for the rx. They said they would be sending info form. We completed and returned. We were told after they had processed this info, the med would be sent within several weeks. We paid $100 up front...$60 processing, $40 for 1st month's rx.. From July thru November, we coblntinued to receive emails, phone calls from RX helper that they needed additional info from us...We complied by mailing, faxing from Office Depot my income (even tho we had already provided); a letter stating the need for RX assistance; another letter without their name in the letter; a letter with more details re: the need for assistance; a detailed list of our monthly expenses; my wife's income; etc...Each time we complied, then we received an email that our info had been received and meds would be sent within so many weeks, or an email would state they needed more info. It became so confusing and frustrating as to what was needed and whether or not the left hand knew what the right hand was doin there.. Eventually, we became concerned they were a fraud or scam and just taking us for a ride... They had assured us on multiple occasions by phone that we would not be charged further more than the original $100 until we received our first med. There were no charges in our account in August or September, but they then charged us $40 each in October and November..I had 2 hospital stays in November. I had been was using Dr samples of my rx since early September.. Upon the 3 or 4th request of another letter from them, in November, and this being the last straw, we told them we wanted our money back as it had been 4 months of them dragging out the process, not several weeks as initially quoted us, and we still had no meds, that they had charged us 3x ($180) for meds we never received. Our bank placed a block on them charging us after Nivember.. We want all monies returned, due to their not providing the med at all after 4 months, after promising us many, many times the RX would be sent in a couple of weeks after receiving the ibfo
`I take the prescription lyrica for trigeminal neuralgia and for epilepsy. I went to the lyrica website and was connected to RX Helper. I called the phone number and was told that they could get my lyrica for me for only $50 a month. I was layed off from my job after 16 years at the same company due to financial issues within the company. The company was running in a deficit mode and many Program Managers, myself included, was in the group which was layed off. I am drawing a small unemployment check and purchasing Cobra insurance. My co payment for lyrica is $189 a month.
Upon contacting the RX Helper company I was told by a representative named Justin that I would pay a $60 paperwork fee and get my lyrica for $50 a month. After paying $50 a month for four months and receiving no lyrica I had the bank cancel my debit card and reorder another one. When I called the company and asked for a refund they informed me for the refund, I was told that the $50 a month was for their membership, not for the medication. Please please look up consumer complaints for a company before you give them money. I wish. I had.
This company is a scam. I was very shocked to see all the complaints. They have been taking 49.99 out of my account for the last 7 months and I have not received 1 pill. The person I have been dealing with his name is Justin. Not sure that's a real name. They said they put the money back in my account but the bank says no they didn't. I'm a widow on social security. I can't afford to have this money gone with no service.

My mom call them for help. They stated that needed paperwork from the Doctor, the doctor sent (Fax) to them and now they are telling my mother that doctor and she is committing fraud. When she called to cancel, they stated they need it in writing. So, we are going to sent if via mail and e-mail to them.
I was told on October 14, 2016 by a man named Paul on the phone representing the RX Helper that if I was to join the RX Helper there would be a one time enrollment fee of $60 and an additional fee of only $40 per month to cover the cost of the prescription I needed and could no longer afford. I joined and paid for all these fee's and services then. I filled out all the required paperwork, which was a vast amount, very tedious and time consuming. I then sent it to them by fax and also US Mail.
After about a week they replied to me via email that they were missing most of the paperwork I knew I'd already sent to them. Several phone calls later some of this matter was rectified and they found the missing documents. They then wanted more information regarding my earnings. This was confusing because I sent them my wife's social security and mine which documented our earnings and I wasn't going to keep sending them even more sensitive information. I was losing confidence in their competence and ability to process very sensitive information. I then reread some of the fine lines in their contract which stated that they would not be responsible if any of this classified confidential information was misused while in their possession.
That scared the c*a* out of me. I cancelled immediately and demanded a full refund. They require quite a bit of information just to cancel by mail and by phone. Over the phone I was told the $60 enrollment was nonrefundable and that the $40 for my prescription was also nonrefundable. They call the cost of prescriptions a processing fee and therefore do not return the money even though zero prescriptions were filled and sent out to me. I have since phoned all my relatives and friends to inform them of this horrible prescription service.
SCAM
This place is a scam. I tried to cancel after a few hours of signing up and they refused to return my $. This was July 22, 2016. I agreed to continue the service but nothing was ever followed up. The Dr. was never faxed any information, therefore this so-called service is a joke. It is Sept. 7 now, and NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE! They like your money, but drop the ball on any service.
Scam!
RX Helper kept me waiting 7 weeks. Promised me everything and delivered nothing. They were quick to charge the credit card. What a scam!
